This location is a standout for multiple reasons, but the best reason to book is their customer service (especially from Patricia). She is hands-down one of the best people I've ever worked with, as she makes the process easy by explaining everything and kindly. Furthermore, she's there to answer ANY questions you might have. This location is lucky to have such a superstar on their team. Other standouts: Storage units are clean, the security measures put in place are amazing and never left me concerned about my belongings, CubeSmart offers various unit sizes, and their app is very easy to use. Making payments was a breeze with auto-pay and checking hours/other unit details was simple. All-in-all, highly recommend this storage location for all your needs and especially working with Patricia as she's a gem! I rarely do reviews (as this is only my 2nd), but I had to given the great experience I had with this CubeSmart location.

Love the ways the lights come on as I come down the hall and turn off behind me. love the fact that this place is heated in the winter, and air conditioned in the summer. I love the fact it's all indoors so when I pull inside the building I can unload my truck without being rained on! however ... the hours are not as easily available for me to get in and out. it closes fairly early in the evening, earlier on Sundays, and it's not open on holidays, which tend to be the main day that I can get in and out of there and have off... ::sigh:: but they're not open. if you're a minute late getting out past 7:00, you are locked in the building! Great building, great prices, great security, sucko access to my own stuff.

My wife and I decided to move out of our home and travel for a while. After searching for a good storage facility, we wandered upon this cube smart. They staff weresuper helpful and helped me to come to the right decision on size, length of time, and other various aspects. For a 10×10 unit, it settled to around 140$ a month, which in comparison to others we are very pleased with. The whole facility stays super clean, well lit, and carts are accessible near every elevator. I have a feeling we will have this storage unit for a long time. Also, the use of a moving van for your big items was a huge selling point for us.

This location is wonderful. Convenient location and excellent staff. In particular, I want to thank Patricia. She helped me out immensely twice today. First by helping me get the gum that someone had stuck on my lock off, and then by noticing and letting me know in time before they closed that I hadn't quite closed my unit all the way and the door was open. I was having a bit of a rough day and she was able to rescue it from going bad. She is amazing.

Seamless experience moving in. They email you the gate code, facility map and temporary lock combination after you sign the lease online. Once you’re in the unit, you’d switch the temporary lock with a brand new lock that is kept inside the unit. They have a free van as well that you can reserve ahead of time. It requires a cash $100 deposit. Parking is clearly marked as well, and they have carts all over to help you move boxes around.

Had a fantastic experience moving in today. The front desk was extremely friendly and helpful in walking me through the initial process and getting me signed up. They then gave me a tour of the facility and made sure I was comfortable with finding my unit as well as entering and exiting the building. I had a very positive overall experience so far.

The staff was so helpful every time I came to my storage unit. They were always eager to answer any question I might have. The free moving van saved me a lot of money! The storage unit was clean and well maintained. It felt very secure and I never worried about someone accessing my storage unit. I was very impressed with this facility!

The staff was wonderful every time I interacted with them, and I felt that my possessions were safe at Cube Smart Storage! In fact, I left this location for another Cube Smart storage unit closer to my home which I'm sharing with my son. So this isn't goodbye, just a move to a different location. Daniel was extremely helpful to me as a prospective customer, having given me an expeditious overview and tour of the units I was interested in, and eventually an equally fast checkout process. So glad I chose this place and experienced such great and personable customer service. Would definitely recommend!

Patricia was amazing. She has a terrific personality, is friendly, and explained everything she was doing (I did a re-lease). My stuff has been here for at least two years and the place is spotless. They don't have the longest open hours but I've always managed to get things done. I highly recommend them.

Daniel and Patricia at the Seattle Aurora store sealed the deal for us. We visited three storage sites. They were professional and personable. Their responsiveness and attitudes were what made us choose this company over two others that were slightly cheaper but whose representatives did not impress.

Clean secure facility with nice staff. However lots of rate increases which I don't appreciate. Our rate went up over $120/ month in 1 year!! Still nicer experience overall than other companies I have stored with. We did choose to move in response to rate increases though. Didn't feel worth it.

The staff and facility are great. I just rented a unit and move in has been a breeze. The facility is clean and has been easy to self-serve use. I used the free move in truck/van and the whole process was relatively painless. Be prepared that the deposit for the truck/van has to be in cash.

I've been storing items here for nearly three years, downsizing from house to apartment, and I highly recommend this CubeSmart. It's always clean, safe, well lit, with plenty of moving carts. Staff is friendly and helpful. Great value compared to most other storage facilities in Seattle.

Great service, value and set-up. I believe Lisa helped me get set up when I arrived. She was incredibly warm and knowledgable. Everything took less than 10 minutes, and she even helped me figure out my lock. I'm definitely glad I chose this location - highly recommend.

Staff are extremely helpful and attentive, most especially Patricia. She is especially attentive to safety and security. We are in the space a lot and appreciate their efforts (including always having super clean restrooms -not insignificant! ☺️).

Convenient storage and great people work there. Kind and open. God bless you guys! Only small downside that cars park inside and therefore exhaust gases accumulate for sometime, before being pushed out. Some old cars can really make you choke.

It was super easy to open and close our account and the prices were very competitive and fair. The facilities were well secured and super clean. Getting in and out was a breeze. Always plenty of flatbed carts available and large elevators.

When I moved in, the unit's floor was so dusty and I cleaned by myself; when moving out, the manager rudely was forcing me to sweep the unit, regardless of my unit was more clean than when I moved in. And the price increased unreasonably.

The facility was clean and bright; Jonathan and others in the office were very accommodating in providing an appropriate unit. They called me once when I hadn’t locked the door properly—special pricing was great, too! I have rented

clean, easy and was able to use a discount promo to make it super cheap. They were very attentive to the units and would check on them often, they even caught that we didn’t properly lock ours within a few min of us leaving.

The online experience was great. In person the facility was always clean and welcoming, very easy to navigate, and the on-site staff were some of the most friendly and helpful people I have had the pleasure to meet.
