"Rotten Meat and/or chlorine washed!! Anything you find on sale here, you should be wary of consuming"
Store 14 on 12th & Flagler is old and visibly dirty. Rotting fruit & veg are not removed from public view. As if they expect that someone will buy them. I asked Salvador, at the produce dept., why the rotting oranges were still on the shelves. His response to that was “I only work here!”, which he said in a very rude and I could care-less attitude. It’s not just him all of the employees act the same way. LIFE has gotten way to EXPENSIVE for SÉDANOS to try and sell food, any food that is going bad (this includes meat). This is disgusting not-to-mention that someone could get sick as a result. YES, I agree with other comments about how employees talk about how bad it is to work there. I have overheard them complain as they are bagging, cashiering or whatever their job may be. They have not had POLITICAL CORRECTNESS training what-so-ever. No matter the question the employees default setting is rude. They hate their job, and don’t know how to act when working with the public. You can SEE they are only THERE for the PAYCHECK.
I was shopping here 20 minutes before they closed, and they kicked me out with 15 minutes left. They didn’t even have a valid reason, the staff just looked like they wanted to go home. They kicked me out and closed the barrier 15 minutes before the posted closing time. They made the security officer follow me around and eventually he was pressuring me to leave. I understand that “last minute” customers can be a hassle, but it was a quick trip after a Marlin’s game. I wasn’t doing my monthly grocery trip, literally just a few items to for my dinner. Needless to say I won’t be returning to this Sedano’s or any other one. Who wants to be intimidated by an officer while shopping??
Good location for me. They have some good prices on certain things on sale. You have to be really aware of their specials. Onions, Plantains, Avocados, and certain vegetables are great to buy here "WHEN ON SALE" Meats look fresh and Salmon. There are some frozen seafood that change from time to time. I've gotten good deals on some various types of frozen fish that come and go (for example CROAKER FISH, which is usually hard to find). In all, of you're looking for Caribbean-Latin Grocery, this is the place. Everything else seems well stocked but somewhat expensive compared to other Grocery stores nearby like Presidente Supermarket.

Rotten Meat and/or chlorine washed!! Anything you find on sale here, you should be wary of consuming. This is disgusting and should be investigated. Even the fruits and vegetables are turning... Buyer Beware!! #July2019 La comida esta podrida. La carné esta lavado en Clorox, esta sin sangre y huele malisimo. Son bien vagos para no hacer algo tan simple. #Julio2019
Is Latin supermarket SEDANOS, wich doesn't exist to much around Miami, is traditional place where more of people who work are latinos, that's mean no to much English speaker around but they good deals, in fruit, vegetables. All around is Spanish comunity from Cuba, Nicaragua, Honduras and this is part of the little Havana.
The store sales are very nice. The products are good and the prices are nice. Well organized store. The staff is very nice and friendly but need to have more staff because that place is full every time I go there so to buy the products are like 30 min long wait line to pay the products.
I've been shopping at Sedano's for about a decade on & off and they have great products. Not always the best prices but they're well stocked. I bought their cooked food today (congri, ribs & platains) can I say delicious . And the portions so large. $7.99 can't beat that …
There are better sedans to chose from this one is weird and by that I mean the outside was dirty and not safe if u know what I mean kinda ghetto the inside is like any other sedans though. Just the outside is the problem. Plus l beware the shopping cart may be dirty
I have been going to the supermarket since I was a child. This place offers that friendly, family community type of service to its clients which nowadays is getting harder and harder to find. There's always parking available and it's real close to the entrance.
I have been going here since I was a kid and never had an issue till today I was trying to buy Cuban bread and the women employee’s in the back treated me horrible and disrespectful and then the manager came and treated me the same way with
Same as Presidente Supermarket#3, most workers and Management don't speak or understand any English. Prices are good , many things are at bargain to buy in here : cold cuts, meat, some Hispanic seasonings, can food from different countries,
I was surprised to see this place so full with customers like it was bursting at its seams! Boy, you could not even turn around! The line I caught was not so crowded, though; sort of those short lines. Good treatment by the clerk. Good.
Nice place and close location to home. Visited for the 1st time and was so pleased i did. But was sad when i got home and noticed my plantain chips in a container was already partly opened. My fault! Should have looked. Didn't expect
Because this store was both large and welcoming, you could quickly find what you were looking for. Their cashier was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The products were not overpriced. I'm going to come back here again and again.
Deli has very rude service, they give you attitude. Afternoon male store manager is very rude, gives attitude. Looks like every employee in this store were trained to give nasty attitude instead of customer service.
Sedanos has a great beer selection and offers the best selection of Latin and Spanish products. An ample parking lot. Friendly staff. But this location is dated and dirtier than other Sedanos in Miami.
I recently discovered that I like shopping here better that the Fresco that is closer to our home right across the street. In this Sedano's we can find things that the other supermarket don't have
I went in there to get some hot food and like every other sedanos the person serving the hot food does not speak a word of English and does not try to help you at all and you don't speak Spanish
I like this Supermarket. Sedano’s is a very nice and smooth grocery stop to get things. The prices are fairly justifiable, if you follow inflation too. The customer service is good and
It has all the necessary items and a good selection of other grocery items. The deli looked good too but I couldn't get anyone to serve me. Convenient hours and reasonable prices.
I shop at Sedanos for the produce which is always fresh and at a good price. The deli is good, as well as the meat department. I always feel safe at Sedanos due to security
It was an 80% clean, good service. Cashiers talk to each other and make the lines go slow. To pay for your goods it will take you a while be prepare.
I didn't like the ambiance, outside surrounded by nasty people, doing nothing . This is not good area in Little Havana. A lot illegals, drunken etc.
A great market if shopping for spanish foods. The cashiers are nice, too. And inside the store is a Wells-Fargo Full service ATM.
I go every month and is really good i tent to find everything i need and is a quick to go supermarket if i forgot something
One of the supermarket never been over for the first time ever going there but my customer service and
It’s not the first time I buy a Cuban brand galleta La Única it’s taste like stailed, OLD!
Unbelievable prices great products you have many choices with the different Brands ítems
Clean, and all the products I needed were available. The staff is very helpful too.
Great Weekly deals 2.49 for a gallon of milk most days. Can't beat it with a bat!
Just had to do cashback but it was friendly and busy. Better than publix
Everything is good but sometimes it's really pack with shoppers.
Some foods out of "Best By" date. Not the cleanest appearance.
Loved Sedanos! Lots of kitchen cooking tools also.
Find all that you need and at good price
One of the few places open on Christmas.
Ots very crowded but convenient
Great service and staff
