I was very concerned to hear your agents telling a potential buyer in a complex that they could go ahead and build walls up between units, and build up the front boundary wall to put up electric fencing. Then also that they could use these walls to build out and extend their lounge. Your agents should check body corporate rules before telling clients this, as normally no external changes can be made in a complex.
