1,Went there the other day as first time for an hour head and shoulder massage.The lady started elbowing my back. I said to her: sorry, I want head and shoulder massage only, she goes okay, then started pulling my hair, like not gentle thing,like she was pulling carrots garlic out of soil.I thought this probably some new techniques, and it went for i don't know 5 mins of pulling my hair. I had to ask her stop and explain what I want again. Poor massage, The lady in her 50's got hands like sandpaper skin was hurting and red after her sanding job. I waited the lady 4-5 mins after the massage ,I thought she went to get some hot towel for me wipe oil off from my body, she was gone disappeared, Australian owner was there ,he goes we don't give hot towel, other customers doesn't ask hot towel.... blah blah ...then the lady came out from the back with hot towel, so they have, they do give. Think about it, how you gonna put your clothes on with thick oil on your body. I've been Thai massage for 10+ years,people know what you doing, how it works. Absolutely unbelievable, the attitude was crazy bad. At the end owner goes: please do not come back, OMG ... he thought I would definitely visit again after all thoes??..then I realised not only the massage got some issues, there bigger problem. Anyways, don't go there my friends, don't. 2, As the owner, nor you brought me towel or you asked your workers to bring me one. you denied that you don't provide hot towels From the beginning to the end. So don't say We. it supposed to be part of the service.you charged $69 for head and shoulder massage only. There is no discrimination here, I was only describing  the lady. So STOP Twisting The Point, Stop playing word games. Please... And come on..... you older doesn't necessarily mean that you have longer work experience. There are plenty of great surgeons electricians lawyers under 30 years old, So I don't know where did you get your logic from. Abusive language... who did I abuse? What did I say ?

Bad massage save your money. I used to go to this place and & massage was great but the was about 6 months ago which I can see by the reviews. When I arrived I saw a man I’d never seen before, I asked if under new management but he said no. The place had changed, it didn’t sparkle and they had an automatic air spray in the room, yuck that’s poison. It also felt damp and not clean. The massage involved being walked on for a big part of it, that wasn’t relaxing. Then she just literally poked me and pushed me. I felt a little beaten up by the time I left, wasn’t relaxing and the worst $49 I’ve ever spent. I only wish I checked the reviews before I went . Time to find a new place and unfortunately for them we have plenty of choice!!! If anyone knows where the nice Thai man who ran the place for the last 4+ years has gone please post, as I’d follow him, clearly he has the good standards and was the best masseuse!!

I never complain about anything, but this was, hands down, the WORST massage I've ever received. Reviewing so that no one has to go through what I did. Imagine someone rushing to put sunscreen on your back, shoving and pushing the towel, slapping and man-handling you so you are never relaxed, but when she got to my hands and feet, she dug her nails in and dug her elbows her elbows into the most sensitive parts with no relief. I said it was too painful, and she just said yes. Like I said, I don't complain so I thought maybe a little pain will help get my knots out. But by the time she was at my neck and head, I was actually so upset with myself for letting it go so far. The head and neck part was like torture, and she could see my face the whole time but never eased up. Maybe she was new, or had had a rough day, but either way, I certainly will never be going back.

Just had a massage here the lady didn’t really know how to do it, after 15mins I asked for a new person and she said she has no one. She kept massaging until I get to the point where I don’t want to do it anymore, I asked her to stop. Please go somewhere else if you really want to have a good massage. Furthermore, thank you for calling me and after had a good chat about the issue. Can you ask your therapist how she treated me when I told her to stop? How she wiped the oil off on my back? Did she even offer me the alternative? And when I called her back the only thing she said “just come to get your money back”.I was lucky enough to talk with another therapist and she was nice to me at least she offered me to do another time. I did not want my money back as I told you, the fact is I just wanted a good massage that’s all I asked for it. Thank you

This is a review of their $39 massage - it’s a JOKE. Don’t fall for the bait advertised on their big sign outside. It was so “gentle” that I felt more stressed out I was being touched without therapeutic or relaxing results. She seemed to prefer to focus on legs than work on the areas I explicitly asked for (neck/shoulders) - a good therapist would feel your problem areas or at least ask. I had to ask for an upgrade 20mins in, and she finally provided decent massage pressure - but then went on to skip my lower back and work on legs again. Also you don’t get a full hour - more like 50mins. Felt like she was going through the motions rather than make you feel better.

The massage actually gave me terrible pain the day after, not the relaxation service that I was after. They put me in a room that is cold, small, completely lack of facility (they even didnt have a proper bed for massage and put me on a mattress, no hanger or basket to put my clothes etc...). The lady who did the massage for me was friendly and nice, but she surely doesnt know how to do a proper massage.

Great massage! I have made a wrong move with my back today and my back muscle got really painful so I decided to go for a massage. I had the deep tissue massage done and I felt a lot better immediately after the massage. The staff was very professional and the place was clean. Will definitely recommend this place in my opinion one of the best ones in Sydney.

Consistent quality massage with therapist who knows what she is doing. I regularly see Emily, who does proper deep tissue remedial massage. If you just want relaxing and very soft massage she may not be the one for you. But if you are after a proper massage that releases tension and fixes muscular problems then she is perfect.

Can claim health fund rebate. Everytime I go there, I get what I really need. The staff are very experienced and skilled. They know what your problem is and give a good fix. Thank you! This is my favourite place, I’ve never been to other places for massage since.

Finally!! I’ve found the perfect spot for a massage. The massage therapists here, are beyond excellent at their job. I’ve recommended this business to all my friends. Great prices, even better service. Ps. If you’re a big lad, this spot is perfect.

Ask for Molly! She is the best I’ve found so far in Sydney if you’re looking for a solid massage. I’m talking full pressure and close to pain. The shop itself can do with a spruce but I can look past that as long as The massage is good.

I had the best massage ever today. Feel completely refreshed all over. I highly recommend the deep tissue massage for relief of any muscle tightness or aches and pains. the staff are very friendly.

Awful experience! Place smells damp, therapists were walking around and talking the entire 90mins, and wouldn't listen when I advised that the pressure was too firm. Take your business elsewhere.

The service and the massage treatments are of a very high standard compared to before they moved. The price is decent, the place is clean and you can claim health fund. Booking is recommended.
