After getting my hair bleached once my hair was a really brassy orange. I went with a vision to get that tone out of my hair and go lighter and more ashier tone. I was a bit reluctant as I have curly hair and curly hair is super dry. But as soon as I found out that they use olaplex I was more at ease. After taking a look through their Instagram account I knew I will be with good hands who knew what to do. And that’s exactly what I got. Pekky, the owner of the salon was surprisingly hands on with her work and you can see how passionate about hair she really is. The whole environment was friendly was welcoming. We spent more than 5 hours there and they didn’t let me feel uncomfortable even once. As they advertise they do speak English fairly well and I was able to communicate and tell them exactly what I wanted. If you have dry hair ask to use olaplex in your bleach which will help your hair from further damage. Although it will cost extra it’s worth it. And the prices are really good too. What they do is worth every penny. I will definitely be returning again. Thank you senpom staff and Pekky ♥️

This is the place to be in Bangkok if you want the hair of your dreams. I went there for hair extensions and they did really good work. The owner, Pekky is true professsional and just generally super! She leads and guides the whole team of professionals so you will be in good hands. Also she seems to be really passionate about her work. No matter if you are a turist or local customer, they will use the time and effort to make you feel like a queen. My experience was worth every baht and even more! I had really short hair (grown out long bob) and they managed to make me very natural extenions, which was my request. I'm glad i googled and googled different salons and eventually decited to go here. Also i had really nice time at my appointment and the athmosphere was warm and welcoming☺️

I wasn’t going to comment...I had my hair done back in 1Dec2019 the girl was checking and looking at the state of my hair and then she said your hair is very dry and damaged...not sure if we can be able to dye it. In the end I ended up there for 5 hours. The result was ok but definitely not worth the money I paid for, very pricey! Anyways once I got home started styling my hair and I spotted the front bit of my hair wasn’t dye at all it was still black and the rest of my hair was ashy blonde. How can you missed out dying the front bit of my hair?! Current I’m trying to grow my hair back as it started breaking from the top of my head where it’s been dyed. Never again I will go back to this salon. I paid toin Europe for 2000baht and they can do better job than this ripped off salon.

ดีนะ แต่. ทำผมร้านนี้เพราะเห็นโปรไฟล์เค้าดีมาก แต่... ร้านคนเยอะมาก การจัดการเรื่องตารางเวลาแย่มาก! นัดไม่ตรงนัดเลยให้เรารอเกือบ2ชม. ตอนไปรอก็มีช่างมาถามเราจะทำอะไรตั้ง4หน!คือ อีชั้นล่ะ..งง การบริหาจัดการมากคะ .. ถึงตอนที่ได้ทำ. เราบอกช่างบอกว่า อยากได้สีแดงแบบ สีซ่อนด้านหลัง ตามรูปที่เค้าเคยทำ)และ ขอไฮไลท์กรอบหน้า (คือไม่อยากสวยเฉพาะข้างหลัง) ปรากฏว่าออกมาเป็นแบบนี้คือช่างก็น่าจะบอกเราแต่แรกว่าทำแล้วมันจะแดงมาก หรือทำไฮไลท์ 2เส้นพอเฉพาะกรอบหน้า... ความที่ช่างร้านนี้ลูกค้าเยอะมาก ไม่มีเวลาคุยเลย ไม่อธิบายเท่าไร ... เลยไม่เข้าใจความต้องการของลูกค้เท่าไร... ข้อดีคือ ผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ใช้ ดีมาก แต่ราคาก็สูงมากเช่นกัน ใครจะไปทำร้านนี้ก็ ลองคิดวิธีการบริหารจัดการดูแลกันค่ะ ราคาเหรอคะ 20,000คะ เวลาทั้งหมด ตั้งแต่ 13:00 น ถึง 20:30 น รวมทั้งเวลาทำและรอ

Ein sehr schöner Salon. Die Extensions schauen wirklich sehr schön aus, ich werde in ein paar Wochen nochmal berichten wie die Qualität nach einiger Zeit aussieht, der Preis ist hoch aber wenn die Qualität passt ist es okay. Ich war vor einer Woche hier und hatte einen Termin um 11 Uhr. Ich wurde aber erst um halb 1 drangenommen, das war etwas ärgerlich. Auf der Homepage steht dass man Shampoo, conditioner, argan Öl gratis dazu bekommt, ich musste es aber bezahlen und das ist nicht billig, ungefähr 1800 THB pro Stück. Ich werde trotzdem wiederkommen, wenn die Extensions in 1-2 Monaten immer noch gut aussehen :)

It’s a while ago that I have been here I would say about two month. I had to use their service as I needed a correction of a haircut. They fixed it with extensions. I am light blond and I tried many different extensions before in several colors always was disappointed especially when it comes to blond the hair is usually very dry does not look healthy or that it could be yours. I only have 20 pieces in the fronts but they are so far the best I have ever had. If you Style them with a brush or even a straightener they look very good and natural. Thumbs up if you want to get extensions they have high quality hair.

So glad to have found Senpom Salon. The team far exceeded my expectations and I’m completely in love with my hair. Having thin hair I have to be careful who bleaches it but bekky is an expert. The silver blonde colouring couldn’t have been more perfect! And absolutely no damage to my hair (wow!!) The results are simply amazing. The keratin bonds are absolutely perfect too. Definitely best hair in Bangkok, & even back home in Australia! The quality is that good. Highly recommend to anyone! Definitely making the trip back to have my hair done here again.

A very disappointing and sad experience. Asked for a quote for a full head of highlights for long hair, and a haircut + blow dry. Was asked to supply a photo of my hair, which I did. They replied saying that it would cost 18,000 Thai baht including everything. 18,000 Thai Baht = 500 USD = £400 GBP. I have been dyeing my hair for over 15 years now, always requesting the same service. I used hair salons in London, New York, Dubai to name a few. Been to famous ones, local ones, chains, private people. I have never ever heard a price like this before.

If you love hair, This is definitely the place for you. Came in for pink/rose gold unicorn hair today. I don't even have to talk about getting the color right. It came out even better than I expected!! The color is amazing! Khun Pekky, the ones, she knows what she's doing. So trust her. Other people at the salon are very friendly too. They made sure my thirst was quenched and stomache was fed the entire 6 hours that I was there. You won't regret coming here. :-)

The service was attentive, and the place was clean and nicely decorated. They seemed to use good hair products, but I was hoping for more from my simple bob haircut. Sadly, after washing, my hair lost its shape and went in all sorts of directions. I had to put in a lot of effort to style it the way I wanted.
