Very Bad customer service by the lady who assist me. She made a mistake and didn't say sorry for a single time. I requested her to check it properly before she proceeds. Luckily, my friend was there for the same reason and I checked my papers with him and found that she didn't give me proper documents and didn't take any photo. But take my friends photo. At the end, she said that she's very happy that I went back again. Come'n you are doing a govt job and you should to be careful to provide the service.

Wording of the motorcycle learners test was not clear whether the questions were related to motorbike or cars, brought this to their attention and they said to lodge a complaint with the people who made the test but didn't assist in helping lodge that complaint or provide information on where to lodge it. Do better ServiceTas.

Before going there, the google map reviews shocked me. However, I did find that exactly opposite scenario in the spot. The services was awesome. The staff was amazing behind the desk and provided professional & prompt services. Being a migrant, I felt great for the delivery.

People were queuing outside was like this all 3 times i went passed still like it at3.45pm had no option but to join the queue. this is no reflection on the people behind the counter they are doing the best they can. Maybe there is a need for bigger premises and more staff

Fast convenient service and nice staff members. I went there on a Friday evening 4.35pm to get my Victorian Licence converted. Finished everything by 4.45pm. I was amazed and thankful for the staff for their efficiency and High-quality service.

My experience there was extremely bad. They never smile, they never clarify things with details, poor and rude service, they stare me as if I came from Pluto. I visited there 5/6 times but didn’t got good feelings all the time.

I always forget about the heaps of parking around the back. Very thankful the length of the queue very rarely emphasises the complete lack of seating for those with issues standing at length.

People working behind counter are from the 80s. They must be nice people, as others suggested. Sadly, that wasn't my experience as a person of colour. Service too slow and they keep staring.

Not a convenient service, not open on Saturday mornings. It's a classic example of State Government ineffectual management of service delivery. Too many managers and not enough real workers.

Refused getting my licence test done because it was just past 1630. Apparently it would take half hour to do. Definitely not the case. No apology just a straight out "no you're to late."

Very busy, but the line moved efficiently and staff were polite and incredibly patient, considering some of the things you could hear them trying to deal with!

Anything to do with Government. Car registration, licence renewal, inland fishing license, personal ID card. There is no other quicker place to use.

Great fast and friendly service. However the carpark was so small, I tried twice to get a park, came back an hour later and there was one left.
