As much as i was their regular customer, i was disappointed on their exchange policy. What you bought, can't be exchanged or returned even if you plead them. This ended my ties with Shafi Mart since not the people at counter but the owner himself allowed to ruin the relationship over a Rs.600 exchange.

Brilliant store, convenie t to see n choose for buyers but the thing makes it super special is the Exceptional staff and courteous presence of the owner... A very humble n thorough gentleman... Just like a respected fatherly figure. Way to go sir. Best wishes for your future

The boys on the counter are very rude and disrespect the strangers.They are mannerless but the mart is very good and is better than tesko and serene.The staff are good to the strangers.The only problem is with the counter boys.Overall the mart is gorgeous …

I never go out for experimental quest especially when it comes to my groceries but Shafi's Mart, it has all my goodrevuews and stars of appreciation. The staff is very polite and cooperative and they respect their clients.

Today i visited SHAFI MART it was great experience i bought few groceries and some household stuff ....they have imported items too which is the best thing i noticed ....very nicely manged all the things …

Extremely Expensive compare to market.one example is that A4 70 gsm paper rim costs 750 rupees and as told me at the stationery salesman that it costs 700 but at the cashier price goes to 750 that's such a shame.

I do visit there thrice a week if not daily. The staff is friendly and polite especially the man in the beard. Prices are normal and almost everything is available there.

They need to increase their customer counters. Delays are annoying for the customers because their are so many other options available. Customer is king.

Its a good store with all daily use products with reasonable prices specially they have good collection of toys for kids and cosmetics for females
