A good friend introduced me to this workshop having been a very happy customer himself. My car had broken down on the weekend and I was very keen to get it fixed and back on the road with a minimum of downtime. Dev Shah, the owner was very professional with his assessment of the situation and offered me a couple of options. I wasn't expecting to have my car fixed and ready to pick up the same day so it was a very pleasant experience to receive a text message a few hours later advising me that everything had been sorted out. It was a very quick and seamless experience. When having a chat with Dev, I found that he has had extensive experience working with European car manufacturers during his time in the UAE. As a result, my friend who has had his BMW and VW cars serviced at Dev's workshop had nothing but high praise for his work. Would have no hesitation in recommending Dev to anyone looking for a reliable auto mechanic at a reasonable price. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE - I had the most wonderful, stress-free experience with Dev at Shah Automotive. I found them online by chance on a public holiday when my vehicle broke down during a road trip. Apart from the prompt response, knowledge of the automobiles and honest suggestions to fix the vehicle; Dev went an additional step of treating me like family while facilitating to hold on to my contents and the vehicle in his garage. Adelaide's most cost effective and best workshop. I was surprised to find a gem of a mechanic in "Dev" at Shah Automotive in Adelaide. He is not only knowlegeable, thorough and meticulous with his work, he is also a Mechtronics engineer and a certified BMW, Merecedes and Porche certified technician. He log book serviced my BMW and Mercedes at 40% lower cost than what I was being charged at the so called leading workshops in Adelaide. What impressed me most was that he throughly checks your car with his diagonistic tools and then explains to you in a lay man's terms. He does not recommend all the additional unwanted stuff that most workshops do and focuses on the safety first and finds you the best estimate and untimately resulting in the most cost effective bill. I would highly recommend this workshop for any car owner who wants a good job done at the right price! Trust me you will not be disappointed.

Absolutely delighted with the service. Honest, Helpful. Very reasonable rates. I also bought a pre-owned 7 seater SUV from them and my decision to go with Shah Automotive relied to a large extent on the TRUST I had in them knowing there wouldn’t be any surprises after buying the car. Dave’s rich experience and knowledge reflects in his speech which further builts confidence in him. He’s not the typical pushy salesman so I had enough time to make a decision before buying. I met with car accident and was with my family. My car was damaged and was unable to move I quickly rang Mr. DEV for on site help. He asked me my location and reached before any1 else can. What is more he helped me to solve issues with police than escort tow truck till his workshop. Further, he helped me to claim with insurance company and finally I got insurance claim. I am extremely impressed with the exceptional service provided by Shah automobile . I rented a car last week and went to visit my friend . While getting back home in the evening I found my car had a flat tyre. I rang up Dev and mentioned that my husband has his car insured through him ( Shah automotive) . As I had to return the car in the evening , I requested Dev that I needed the tyre to be replaced. Even though this car wasn’t insured with him he went out and about to send a mechanic . Also it was after hours that I called him . Within an hour a mechanic arrived and my spare tire was replaced with the flat one . I asked for the charges but he refused to charge as a goodwill gesture . We are very happy and impressed with SHAH AUTOMOTIVE and definitely sticking with him

Hi The day when I left my car for service, I clearly requested you for wheel rotation and I also requested two more issues, but you did nothing on them. You just gave me silly excuses. When I visited you again after the service, I clearly told you that due to my job, I can come around 4.15 pm and made an appointment one prior before coming and was there on time. And again on that I requested you for wheel rotation but you told to come again tomorrow. I also requested the lady on the reception that I want to meet the owner, but she refused. And after everything, I gave an order for 4 new tyres for my car. What else you are expecting from your customer. Do accept your lack of service this time and try to improve it rather than clarifications on Google reviews. Thanks

These guys are amazing. We took our Suzuki Alto in last week to have an increasing noise problem diagnosed. They were very thorough in their diagnosis and had the problem identified in no time (we had worn bearings on the front wheels}. And to our surprise and delight they were able to fit us in there and then. They even replaced all our brake pads at the same time. Saved us having to bring it back in another time. I cannot recommend this business enough. They are very professional and they don't over charge for their services. The lady in the front office (sorry I forget her name) was very friendly and couldn't help us enough. I will be recommending that all my friends and family bring their cars here in future.

This place is a very honest, family run business who will definitely go out of their way to make sure the client is happy with their requirements.
