So I had shake shack twice. The first time I tried it, it was honestly good. It was overpriced for my taste but my friend treated me that day. My second time trying it I got two burgers, chicken bites and a drink. The burgers was the $6.99 ones. First of all the whole meal was salty. They probably changed chefs or someone dont know what they were doing. I literally struggled to finish the meal. The chicken bites was salty and small for $5 and change. I was going to take it back to them but I said forget it I don't like conflict. I was even going to give it to a homless man outside because I thought he would enjoy it. This was my second and last time here. My friend order cheese fries and said it lack salt. The amount of salt I got was probably for his meal

The best burgers in Brooklyn ❤️ and the price is very reasonable compared to other good burger places in Brooklyn, I recently tried the flat dog with crispy onions, OMG this is one of my favorites along with the smoke shack with crispy onions, the only thing I’m missing is the truffle sauce and I really wish that sauce was all year round, it’s amazing ❤️ If you never ate a shake shack burger I think you need to try one, I’m a foody and a food critic I will not lead you in the wrong burger direction, Shake shack is where it’s at

First time trying Shake Shake and thought their smashed patties burger was super salty. Customer service is terrible here because the cashier is hella rude. In-N-Out in California is so much better in terms of freshness and friendlier customer service. I will not be back at this Shake Shack location when visiting Brooklyn, New York.

Not a kid friendly place because most workers here are rude and have some kind of attitude.

Burger took forever to be prepared although there was literally 7 customers in the whole place. Food came in whatever order. It tasted okay, but not as tasty as it should. It's completely over staff. Workers couldn't care less about customers, they kind of ignore them, they're just chatting and making noise instead of working. Sadly this place does not live up to the standards of Shake Shack!

I been to this location a few times. Most recently I got some lunch to go. I ordered a chicken sandwich and french fries on the app. It took a few minutes before my food was ready even though it said it would be ready 15 minutes prior to my arriving. They moved pretty quickly even though the place was crowded and there was a lot of people waiting for food. They didn't provide any condiments and I had to wait for them to get them.The food was hot and tasty. The chicken sandwich tasted fresh and yummy.

Super slow service; cashiers with attitude fighting with customers over complaints. The batter on the chicken fell off when I grabbed a piece. Seemed like their frying oil hadn't been changed for a while, so fries looked sad and had a bitter aftertaste.

Burger was burnt. Barely edible. If I wasn't so hungry I wouldn't have eaten it. Very long wait. There were a ton of people and delivery drivers waiting. It appeared that only two people were diligently working, everyone else seemed to be doing side work but they might just be overworked, who knows. More

The food is enjoyable with a good taste, albeit a bit pricey. Despite the expense, sitting there without heating in freezing weather can be a downside. It would be great if they could address this to enhance the overall dining experience.
