I came across this store as I was in the neighbourhood. I inquired if they pierced nose, I should have thought twice before going ahead with it. I had pierced my nose many years but they used the needle and I never had any infection. This place uses the gun and now I have had an infection since almost a month. I cleaned my nose everyday with their recommended method and even with alcohol and the swelling has not reduced. I am not a very happy customer at all. What got me with this place I guess was the price. For piercing it was $20 and $5 for the spare nose stud. I kept trying to leave that nose stud in but it wouldn't stay because my nose is swollen from the inside not so much outside. I know I will not get any compensation for my matter. But I will not be going to this place. I guess you just have to pay a little more money for a better service.

The store owner is very nice and trustful and in fact this is my first time to write a comment upon a particular store out of Amazon. I asked him to keep my stone and redesign and make the ring for me. I am so glad the revised one looks much better! than the old one made by a Chinese store! I can post the photo of the ring if someone needs to take a look. I here recommend this jewelry store for their quality service and honesty.
