I recently had a very disappointing experience with Sharaf DG's delivery service and felt compelled to share my feedback. I purchased a fridge from their store with the promise of next-day delivery. Unfortunately, the delivery never happened, resulting in a complete disaster for my household. Not only did the delay lead to the loss of all the perishable food items we had in our old fridge, but it also caused significant inconvenience and frustration. The situation could have been avoided had Sharaf DG honored their commitment and delivered the fridge as promised. What adds insult to injury is their response to my justified claim for compensation. I requested 50% of the fridge's price as compensation for the losses we incurred due to their failure to deliver on time. However, Sharaf DG outright refused and only offered a mere apology. This lack of accountability and refusal to address their mistake is deeply disappointing. As a customer, I expected better from a reputed electronics shop like Sharaf DG. Their failure to fulfill their delivery promise and their dismissive attitude towards my claim demonstrate a lack of professionalism and customer care. I strongly advise potential buyers to be cautious when considering purchasing from Sharaf DG. Their inability to deliver on their promises and their refusal to take responsibility for the consequences of their actions should be a red flag for anyone in search of reliable service. I had an extremely negative experience with this company, characterized by their abysmal service, lack of communication, and disrespect towards customers. These factors compounded my frustration and dissatisfaction. The first incident took place when I sent my vacuum for repairs, only for it to be lost at their repair center. Adding insult to injury, they outright refused to honor the extended warranty! In another instance, I purchased a refrigerator from them, which was promptly delivered to my house. However, within just 18 days of use, the refrigerator completely ceased to function. Dealing with the company to rectify the issue turned into an absolute nightmare. It took them three days to collect the faulty refrigerator and an additional three days to repair it. Given that the malfunction was clearly a result of mishandling during loading and unloading, I firmly declined to accept it back and requested a replacement, fully aware of my rights as a consumer. Shockingly, the company not only refused my request but also displayed a complete lack of interest in addressing my concerns when I reached out to them for assistance. Overall, this company's complete disregard for customer satisfaction and their inability to rectify their own mistakes is nothing short of appalling.

Horrendous customer service. I purchased an Ipad, and was suggested to buy a case and screen protector set which is supposedly top quality and excellent for protection, and which if I bought I would receive a free screen protector with, and hence I bought it. When I received my ipad they installed the free screen protector for me, and when I got home I was about to put my ipad in the case, at which point I noticed after removing it from its coverings that its transparent part on the back of the case is extremely hazy and scratched, and the quality of the case itself is nothing as described. I went to the store to ask for a simple refund, to which after a lot of back and forth, they said they would not refund unless I bring my Ipad and they remove the FREE screen protector which is installed. The set already includes the cover and screen protector and is in packaging as I had received it. After being a long time customer of Sharaf DG, I will never buy from this place after this disastrous experience, and will make sure none of my friends and family come to this place too. My advice to any one whom after sales customer support matters, go somewhere else.

Worst customer service ever! The funniest thing, when I was looking to buy these items I have saved it to my cart in sharaf dg website and I received 3-4 calls every day asking why I have items in my cart and I haven’t paid yet. They were so aggressive why I didn’t pay, I should have paid attention that time and didn’t order from them, however , once I paid - they didn’t care to fulfill their part of the responsibility. Worst. Service. Ever.

This one star goes to the outlet team leader Christine. All the other staff were polite. We were purchasing PS5 and we saw PS5 that had FIFA along with it placed on the rack with the price tag of a PS5 without FIFA. We enquired sales person in the outlet and they confirmed that the price was right. At the time of generating the bill Christine took over and said a different price to us. When we enquired about the difference in price (politely)she raised her voice and said it is not possible and so on. However, we showed her the rack it was in and despite of it being the mistake of the outlet, she was rude with us and had no respect for the customer and to the staff members in the outlet. Sharaf DG is a reputed outlet and we are not expecting such unruly treatment from a Supervisor.

This company will happily sell you products but when it comes to delivery it is a living nightmare. My family and I are moving into a new apartment and we needed items delivers the weekend before we move. For the 3 appliances we bought at over 10k, nobody could give us a delivery time. And I mean nobody, we spent hours on phone lines, talking to managers and still nobody could tell us what was happening. Moving is stressful enough, but not knowing if there will be an oven, fridge or washing machine with small children makes it 100 times worse. The customer service has been horrendous and I will never buy from this business again, whilst warning everyone to do the same. I should have realised why the stores were so empty of customers.

A terrible terrible customer service!!! Do not buy from this place. I was told that my water dispenser will be received in 2 days as I leave right next to their DH mall branch. After 2 days, nothing arrived nor anyone called me. So i called after 3 days to check on my order, they said I will receive it same day. Again NOTHING. So I called 4th day at 2 pm, they saif I will receive it same day max by 7 pm. AGAIN NOTHING! So i called again the 5th day, they said I will receive it today and someone will call me within two hours. NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING. I am heading to their branch on the 7th day for a big explanation and a refund as I WILL CANCEL MY ORDER.

Unfortunately I have to edit my review. Customer service flew out of the window. My first bad experience was trying to get online help. After being through endless questions that all tries to sell you something, I got hold of an agent that also just tried to sell me stuff. I wanted help in buying something, not just stuff my cart full. I then went to the shop in Dubai Hills, simply to be told that the products online is actually not from DG Sharaf!!! It is from 3rd party vendors who sit behind the DF Sharaf brand and they cannot offer these products. Please DG Sharaf, get your customer service teams back into the journey and don't isolate customers.

I went to many electronics stores and many Sharaf DG stores in the last 1 month as I was thinking of buying a new TV. I planned to buy it in the next 3 months. On Sunday, August 14, I went to Sharaf DG store in Dubai Hills Mall. The knowledge, approach and body language of the sales representative was very nice. His priority was not focused on making sales; listening to the customer's wishes. The customer was not bothered. Although I have another better offer; I bought the TV there because I could get answers to all my questions and liked the sales representative's attention. Thank you Noor. Thanks also to Sharaf DG for hiring such a staff.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Shard DG Dubai Hills branch. Their delivery service is abysmal, and they make false promises just to push you into making a purchase. The call center staff is equally untrustworthy, offering nothing but fake assurances. I was left waiting for a whopping 12 hours, only to receive a call at 11 pm claiming my delivery couldn't be made due to stock issues, and in another call, it was suddenly the fault of the delivery company. This level of incompetence and deception is unacceptable.

If I can give a 0 star, I would do It. Not only did my delivery not arrive on time, the store manager was extremely rude. They copied the wrong address so my delivery didn’t come.but I was never contact or told that the address wasn’t complete. I only wanted to purchase my TV if it was delivered the next day, they promised it would be. I wasted my whole day off waiting for it to never arrive. Customer service didn’t help. I want to raise this complaint to the sharaf dg team to whichever manager was on duty June 23rd at 5pm.

Hi, I bought IPhone 14 online and it’s unbelievable to receive an unoriginal phone , first of all the box was tilted on the edge and it wasn't sealed with the plastic wrap as usual when I bought iPhones, second we just opened the phone as soon as we entered the apple ID and phone setting it stuck on emergency screen as attached even zoomed in , we couldn't charge it or reset or even close it , definitely that is not a brand new phone and i am so disappointed to receive such unauthentic or Refurbished products from SharafDg.

One of the most pathetic & unprofessional service ever received from such a big company, especially Mr. Nafees & Mr. Shekhar Prasai. I am regularly following up for 1 missing part in my order which they promised will be delivered in 2-3 business days. But now its more then 7 days & i haven't received any update from them. Moreover they have stopped answering my calls even. Its a big red flag for anyone looking for a post sales service. Google should put thumbs down tab as well as they don't even deserve 1 star rating.

We bought an Epson printer from them for our office: 1. They misguided us and told that print can be taken from mobile but they did not tell us that we have to do it from application. 2. If we would have known, we would have happily paid extra and taken more expensive one. 3. We asked them to exchange the printer but they charged us additional 25% even after we proved ourself right. We were a regular client but now we would not recommend this store to anyone.

Never dealing with this shop again, worst customer service I’ve dealt with . First time i ordered a washing machine every week they kept delaying till eventually they delivered it. Second time i ordered an oven and hob , i have to call and chase , i was supposed to get it today but got delayed . No news from them at all , i always have to chase the order . They keep lying about the delivery dates … this time i gave them a month notice !!!!!

I had an average experience here in dubai hills store. The sales staff was helpful as he helped with delivery service. But I couldn't bear the way Filipino lady supervisor was loudly arguing with the sales guy, right in front of me. Please take your arguments inside the back office, as it will spoil the customer experience Also, the delivery team was awesome with installation and quick set up. Very polite and helpful

Unbelievable!! I bought Samsung S22 ultra 512gb there today. Just before I left, I was asked if I want a screen protector. I said yes, and when they opened the box, it was a different phone!! I couldnt believe that! What is even worse that I wouldn't have proven that if I had opened the box at home. Totally unprofessional, fraudulent and disappointing shopping! I will never ever buy anything from Sharaf DG again.

Their delivery is just horrendous and frankly retarded. It seems to be a long standing, common problem so I don’t know why it hasn’t been fixed. I purchased my item and been waiting nearly a week and each day they promise to deliver it in the evening and the cycle of promise/failure/frustration just repeats. I regret buying from them when I could have gotten it cheaper on Amazon.

Dreadful service. I wanted to purchase several large whiteware items. Sales staff agreed to price match and invoice was prepared. As I went to pay the manager intervened and refused to honour the prices. I went next door to Eros (who were amazing!) and got a better price without being disrespected and having my time wasted. My family and I will never shop at Sharaf DG again.

They sold us a whirlpool dryer which was damaged and was sent for repair 4 times and when we asked for a replacement they asked us to complain to economic department. I don’t know who heads their customer service department but it’s super annoying when you step foot in the shop and 100’s of staff pounce on you like meat harassing and pestering with what I want. Since you have such an army of staff why not let customer approach them if they need something. One of the reasons I really dislike buying anything from in store.

I bought an expensive cooking range and they were supposed to send me gift they promised. Until now I’m chasing them but so many excuses to send me gift. The place is huge and looks clean and well-organized. I went there to buy a digital camera. Staff were sitting there doing nothing as there were very few customers. They were not welcoming and were reluctant to help me find what I want. I had to leave the store after few minutes. I then bought the camera from a different store.

Very bad services , the salesman secretly charged me 1 year warranty without telling me and sent me the invoice via email so i don’t see it ( complet illegal way to sell ) and the manager will just « apologize » for it. Sad. Sales agents are laughing at customer questions and provide incomplete information. Instead of giving full/ precise information in advance, they rather release the purchase order and then start apologizing at the cash counter, by not providing full order due to missing items.
