Well what can I say I have been to our local Sastri Park Library. As some reviews have said how unpleasant there experience has been I was met with the same resistance from ther second incharge regarding taking pics for my child's project. The way he did as if I was taking pics of him unfortunately I had a altercation with him his not Mr Phoenix that I will take pics ther reason to comprehend information for a librarian is minimal. Clearly I guess that's the reason the library has lost it essence as before. People and my child rather learn off the internet read ebooks as the now day staff rather take offence answering questions that could later on inspire a child to become a librarian. They definitely was not entertaining any of the above subject .

The "librarians" are absolutely rude & unprofessional. Visited after a few years & the attitude hasn't changed. Still as unpleasant as it used to be!! Doesn't even deserve a star
