Unfortunately for me I was hit by a guy doing a three point turn, his insurance came back requesting I use one of their preferred panel beaters, luckily I did not listen and went and did my own research and decided on Sheen in Tullamarine, due to the other fantastic reviews I have found on here and I thought I should add to it in the hopes that someone like myself will see it and choose to go with Sheen. For a disabled army pensioner like myself who has a hard time getting around it was so comforting to know that they would take care of all the hard work for me, not to mention of how amazingly nice they were to my wife often acting as an intermediary for myself. They gave her the paperwork I needed to sign, explained it thoroughly and were patient with us the whole way. The paperwork allowed them to fight the insurance company on my behalf to make sure I get the best possible outcome for myself and my vehicle. This saved a person in my condition an inordinate amount of stress and headaches. On top of all this they also provided a wonderful car to get around in while we were waiting on the repairs. Then when we got the car back we were blown away, the job they did repairing it, it looked better than it did when we bought it brand new. It was exceptional to say the least. The gentleman there are outstanding, so I implore you to go check them out if you have any doubts at all, they will put your mind at ease. If you want proper professionalism, expert advice and all around nice people. I would suggest you choose Sheen at Tullamarine.

Wanted to say a big thanks to the team at sheen. My missus was t-boned from behind while waiting at a set of traffic lights. We decided to take the vehicle to sheen panels for repair based on there reputation for quality workmanship. The missus was admitted to hospital (not due to the accident but for a surgery) and corresponded with the guys at sheen panel from her hospital bed who showed a level of professionalism and compassion to her situation to which I haven't seen in a long time. The quality of workmanship on the vehicle was outstanding and to be honest I've never seen the missus car look so clean inside and out. They also gave us a courtesy car to get around in so we wernt put out. They went out of there way to offer her a get well package which consisted of some cleaning products, some chocolate and a few other items. Where do you find that kind of courtesy in this day and age, a small gesture that means a hell of a lot to us both, not to mention the outstanding quality of workmanship and the best customer service we both have experienced in a long time. Would highly recommend sheen panel services to anyone looking for vehicle repairs. A massive heart felt thank you sheen panel services great performance from everyone guys very impressed. Had an accident in wife's car and insurance told us it would be repaired there Went there to have a chat about the car and the office lady did not want a bar of it. So rushed and rude. I asked if the rim would be changed, and it was not. My wife picked up car, as I was pulling in my street in my car and I saw my wife's car from a distance, I was not happy. bumper bar was not even clipped in the rear quarter panel. Upon closer inspection I was fuming at the state of the car. Rear bumper was not prepaired properly and has pit marks under paint everywhere. Bumper clips under car are missing. Mudflaps are loose because clips are missing. The rear door doesn't line up with front door, theres a 2 mm difference, and it does not close properly. But the worst part is that broke the rear door hand cover and the roof rack cover. After emailing them, absolutely no reply, they do not care about the work or the customer service as far as I can tell

I just wanted thank the Sheen Tullamarine team for the high quality repair work they did on my car. It was short notice, and somehow they were able to fit me in. I was dealing with Dean at the time and had a brilliant experience. I'm big on communication, and Dean really impressed me on that front. He was very professional & enthusiastic which made our conversations feel very seamless & easy. I was given a nice car to get around whilst the repair work was being done. When the car was finished it looked incredible and to my surprise, we were also given a sheen gift bag full of goodies, which to me felt like the icing on the cake. Once repairs had commenced, Jason was very knowledgeable, professional & kept me informed with the repair process which was very reassuring. Once I picked up my car, it looked better than it did before. The quality of the work was superb & exceeded my expectations. Honestly I can't thank you guys enough for all the help and fixing up my absolute wreck after a roo jumped in front of my car on the freeway. A huge thank you to Dean and his team at Sheen Tullamarine. They carried out a flawless repair to my Mercedes that sustained a rather nasty deep scratch and dent in the rear quarter panel caused by a rogue shopping trolley. Ben and Dean were incredibly helpful and professional from start to finish. Our car had been badly damaged due to a collision with a kangaroo. From the outset communication was clear and we knew exactly what our options were. All staff were accomodating and we were provided with a replacement vehicle for the duration of the repair. Our car was returned to us in the time specified looking better than it ever had! Fabulous service in every way. Highly recommend.

Top notch panel work and fantastic service. There's a good reason why there are so many Sheen shops around. Richie and the guys at Sheen did a unreal job on my ute! The colour matching was perfect and they were quite happy to listen to my input on things I was concerned about. Along with a hire car and regular contact with me about their progress on the works carried out. I will definitely be back to Sheen for any other panel work should i ever need it!

I was so happy when I picked up my car, not only was I provided a loan car for the week to get me from a to b but also picked up my car looking like brand new again! The boys at Sheen Panels Tullamarine did a great job on my Toyota Corolla. Both Alex ad Ritchie were great to deal with and I am pleased with the final result. Car got a cut and polish and looks brand new again. Had a free a car loan while my car was under repair and this made the whole experience so much easier to deal with. Had damage done to the exterior of my Toyota 86 in pearl white (always a pain when it's not a simple colour) and they did an amazing job. The parts they use are all authentic from your car manufacturer and the workmanship is faultless. They give continuous text message updates on the progress of the repair too. They even gave me a rental car to use for free and even a bag of chocolates after I had received my car back. Highly recommend.

Got recommended these guys and I can see why they’re professional friendly group, took my Prius to get accessed and couldn’t believe how quickly they booked my car in most other places told me months to book in but these guys got it done in weeks and car was done one Saturday in a couple of hours. Highly recommend the team at Sheen Tullamarine. Everyone was very professional and was great value. Dean did an amazing job at removing a big dint from the side rear panel of the car, even going above what was required and cleaning up some scratches for me. The paint job was perfectly blended to the old car colour and looks brand new again. Very pleased and will definitely go back if needed.
