I purchased a disposable vape device from the store on the 20th may the device got faulty after a few hours usage , I returned the device to to store , the manager contacted the owner stating they cannot reprint my till slip even thought I showed them the purchase on my bank statement, this store honestly does not know how to treat its clients.they refused to return the device stating it was working when I left the store, the store could easily return the defective device instead they chose to not help the loyal customers who spend in the store. Very disappointed in the response of the store owner and manager of the store in not assisting in my query. Also there is no signs to state defective devices will not be returned.

Terrible way of managing the forecourt. Superb service from the staff when they eventually decide to come and assist. Only 3 people were working and no queue or service to vehicles in arrival order. Staff blatantly refused to assist even though I had arrived before another vehicle. Happened on more than 3 occasions so I can't say it's a once off. Spoke to a manager who said there's nothing they can do and that I should have helped myself if I wanted. Pathetic service overall due to that

Absolutely poor service, management verbally abusive and vulgar in the presence of women and children. No self control, weak and foolish to be verbally abusive and vulgar when handling complaints. I won't be going back there, bad experience on human rights day 21 March 2019.

The garage is very clean and spacious. I did on few occasions I found that the shop kept limited quantity of drinks of specific types eg. Tropica Orange drink. I would assume that it was sold out, but I found that this was the case on several of my visits....

Super easy and quick to get service here. The forecourt is always spotless like the owner has OCD! I like that. Staff are really friendly with a good attitude. Has a Kauai and supermarket too. I only use this garage in Mount Edgecombe.

This is by far the cleanest and neatest garage I have been to in this area ... the staff are friendly and professional... Mr Singh is always at the garage making sure things run smoothly and his hands on ... great work ....

The first time I stopped by I was blown away by the setup of this service station. It is a clean and convenient one stop where you can find almost anything you are looking for. The hot chocolate was amazing!

Place is neat and clean, pleasure to shop at the convenience store, with their wide variety of almost everything, and friendly staff, definitely my go to whenever I need to fill up. This is the best shell.

Nimesh Singh built an oasis of excellence at this service station and supermarket. Clean with a taste of America. Prices are reasonable for the only 24 hour hour supermarket in Natal.

You should change your name and accurately list your opening times as you are not open 24 hours. Was closed at 10am. Apparently open 8am till 7pm according to the rude security guard.

Nice open spaces and great COVID protocols. Also a great Deli and takeaway inside. Parking area is fully covered so even when raining, you can get to the shop without getting soaked

We always fill up at this garage. Clean, spacious garage... with a well set up OK garage convenience store. Kauai inside with Nandos on the side of the garage.
