The old lady with the short red hair at the till is extremely rude and puts you off from using this place even though it`s at a convenient location. There are a lot of reviews regarding rude staff at people that are not local so it clearly is an issue on this Shell station and maybe higher management needs to address it... Makes you think this kind of behaviour is racially motivated. Shame for Shell to be represented by them...

When I was want falling fuel ⛽️ and air in tiers at 4:35pm on Thursday/20/6/19/. It was bad service from staff with me. When talked him please change for me 1 Pound two 50p then It was staff rude talk to me, like talked me get out, why I didn’t know. Just because I said please change for me 1 pound, two 50p It was rude staff service with me and bad service.

Meant to be 24 hours. Closed before 11 o'clock on a Friday night. Additional information. After driving to another petrol station I drove past about 15 minutes later and it had reopened. When I pulled in the shutters over the payment window were down and the staff members inside waved me away.

I visit this garage every morn.The staff r real friendly an have a laff an joke, an the forecourt is immaculate, pumps are always clean ( thanks to Jimmy) Shop is really well stocked always. Wiuldnt go anywhere else..

Do you need gas! Good who doesn't need gas! So for those of us that don't have cars, you can come to this mighty fine establishment to buy the same things you could of gotten at the tesco next-door.

Just been queuing watching a man be humiliated by staff as his card was rejected! Absolutely disgusted, can help but feel if it was a white Scouse man he would have been treated very different.

Never got diesel in. Always got cones out side better let the Pakistanis take over it at least then when you did go it would have fuel and not have cones out side. Avoid
