If I could give more than 5 stars I would have rated that. Here comes the long yet positive review : 1) Technique: She knows what she is doing . Strokes and the pressure points were bang on. She have a good understanding of facial anatomy and uses techniques that promote relaxation and improved circulation. 2) I had a tailored facial therapy after having a good 1 hour consultation with grace, she made sure to inquire about my skincare routine, allergies, and preferences before starting. 3) The ambience, lighting and music and the whole experience was amazing hands down my best facial therapy in 15 years .

I highly recommend the Shi’zen to anyone who looks for professional advice and holistic care. Grace is very knowledgeable and she explained to me what I needed to change in my daily routine, she guided me through the products I have been using and helped me to make the right choices. She wanted to help me and now my skin is glowing!!! My dry/oily ,dull skin with large pores, blackheads and major pigmentation problems is now glowing !!! Now I can look in the mirror in any time of the day or night and I’m so happy because my skin is so bright and “plumped” the skin tone has improved so much that I don’t have to hide behind makeup anymore !!! Having been visiting regularly since 2019, I have seen the most positively dramatic difference in my skin. Grace is not just an amazing facial therapist, but has become a wonderful friend too. Every one of my skin wishes are her command, and she has never lied and promised something she cannot keep. The new premises she has built are beautiful and even better than before. Grace was very welcoming upon arrival which was helpful for someone who was nervous having only had one facial in her life! When we sat down to talk about skin during the consultation, Grace was extremely professional and knowledgeable when advising me on how look after my skin moving forward and when preparing me for the treatment. During the treatment she was very gentle with me and always explained what she would do before doing anything. I feel that I can come to Grace with any skincare issue and would definitely love to go back!

Grace was warm, welcoming and super attentive to my needs. The consultation prior to treatment was thorough and explained simply so I wasn’t overwhelmed with lots of info. Grace created a safe and judgement free space for me to be open and honest about where and why I was struggling with the routine I had prior to seeing her. The treatment itself was incredible and I look forward to seeing grace again. The treatment room in particular is spectacular and unique, a 10 star experience!

My facial with Grace was wonderful! She’s so warm, welcoming and kind, not to mention very knowledgable and professional. The space is dreamy - the perfect combination of immaculately clean, lovely design and very comfortable. It was cosy and warm inside despite the freezing cold evening. Saw Grace just after Christmas for my first ever facial appointment, so pleased with the results! Had a microdermabrasion facial treatment to clear away the years of neglect and it’s worked wonders. More importantly, Grace is fantastic. The whole consultation process sets the tone and the experience is as peaceful as you could hope for. Would highly recommend, especially for those like me that need a bit of extra guidance to kick start their skin care routine!

Hands down, a skincare guru! Thanks Grace for also making online consultations available! I have managed to keep my skin in even better condition with her tips and recommended adjustments to my skincare regimen. She listens and really keeps a keen eye on the right products for you in the overwhelming maze of new products and gadgets. Although I would have preferred to continue skincare in person, online will do for now and it is super appreciated and helpful!

Grace is knowledge and fantastic at skincare. I have been getting facials by Grace for a few years now. I have been suffering with acne prone skin and tried lots of products and treatments but I wasn't able to improve my skin. Grace has given me advise to pick the right products and treatments and helped me improve my skin. I had microdermabrasion and dermaplaning done. I highly recommend these treatments with Grace. The venue is also amazing and relaxing!

The holistic facial was heavenly. Grace has certainly got the “Midas Touch”. It wasn’t just a facial, it’s a @shizrnbygrace facial! I have never had a facial like it before. Honestly the best experience i have had trying to figure out my skin. Grace provided me with some great advice on how to improve my skin routine and the treatments suitable. Having the signature facial has helped to smooth out my face and help with the redness. I also had the back dermabrasion. Overall fantastic experience and would highly recommend Grace's service!

The treatment room looks like a tea house. It's absolutely stunning. I had no idea what I needed. According to my concerns Grace offered me Microderm Collagen Hydra Lift. After that my skin looks so glowy, lifted and plumped, that I keep receiving compliments every day. Definitely will come back for this treatment again!
