I am a high-performance contractor and have very high standards. I explained this to Vinnie and Tim. They assured me they understood my expectations and could meet them. I informed them I would be overseeing the job. They also assured me they would have their very best crew on my roof. Their quote was $3,000 higher than the others I received. However, I had no issue paying for the quality I wanted and they said I would get it. I asked and was assured the workers were their employees. This was important to me. However, the crew was challenging to communicate with and out of Texas. The photos show areas of concern and poor craftsmanship, which I brought to their attention. This is unacceptable to me for what I expressed I wanted and paid for. Unfortunately, I hired Tim and his crew with high expectations and was severely disappointed.

We got 3 estimates which were all very similar but chose Shifflett because of employee Hunter Temple, who was amazingly good at communicating at every turn. His mild demeanor made us feel confident that the experience would be first class. He also was the only one who gave us pamphlets and samples with detailed information. When we finally decided on a metal color he brought over a big sample to reassure us what it would look like. In addition, the workmen were all very professional and worked hard and long hours in this unusually high temperatures we have been experiencing. Even Tim the owner came out to make sure measurements were accurate and to see how things were going. Hunter even cleaned the skylight for us. I highly recommend Shifflett Roofing for any of your roofing, siding or gutter work.

Shifflett just recently completed all new siding and new gutter installation. Did an excellent job communicating, pricing was fair and competitive and the work was done on schedule and as promised. With any project this big there are always small issues, had a few nails go through an electrical circuit and 1 through my tile in the bathroom. Response was perfect, and they came and fixed everything within a week at no charge. Absolute top notch coordination and communication throughout the whole process. Overall would definitely recommend and use again.

My insurance was VERY difficult to deal with and he helped expertly navigated it from start to finish. He’s incredibly professional, responsive, and timely. Omg where do I begin. This company was beyond professional from beginning to end. They were very informative about the process and maintained communication throughout. We had a new roof installed by them and they arrived on time everyday and continued work until the sun was down just to complete the project in the time frame. They made sure the entire area was cleaned when they completed . We are thrilled with the outcome and the whole process. I would recommend 1000 percent. Thank you guys we love it!!!
