Mr. Narita has handled the application for the Certificate of Eligibility for my spouse visa professionally and with success. The application was submitted very fast, the COE was issued without problems and with perfect timing. It was even issued for a period of 3 years although we expected only 1 year for the initial period. Mr. Narita is very experienced with immigration matters, understood our personal situation very fast and handled the application with much dedication. Actually we wanted to apply at the immigration office ourselves during our visit in Japan because we both still live abroad and we wanted to avoid involving relatives of my wife in order not to burden them. In contrary to what we were told before, it was not accepted and we were asked to apply at the immigration office in the area of the relatives. Since we did not have enough time we decided to involve an immigration agent. We asked several agents, but Mr. Narita was the only one who said that we could apply at the immigration office where we will live without involving relatives. After we accepted the offer the contract was signed in 2 days and 3 days later (with a weekend in between) the COE application was submitted. As our moving date to Japan was fixed, also the timing of the issuance of the COE was important, as it is only valid for 3 months. If issued too early it would have been expired before we move, if too late we would have to postpone the move date. At the end it was issued 2 months before our move date, giving sufficient time to obtain the visa comfortably at the embassy. Thank you very much.
