So the motel tried to lock me out of my room is refusing to let me use my deposit for today’s rent and I said I would pay the late fee still and someone is coming to get my service animal and we be out tomorrow by 11 Nd was told I couldn’t speak to the owner but not only that they said I “break and enter” when I used my own key to get in (boot put on wrong door knob) and that I can’t have any of my stuff and rushed my friends out the door with my grandson in a poppy diaper no no clothing on wouldn’t let them take care of him. His bottle diapers food everything had to be left behind because of her telling them no.and she is the only staff member that’s has a problem with us

Unsafe, can't trust anyone, and people lie on their reviews. Yes there remodeling, that doesn't change the fact that the boss is rude, disrespectful, judgmental, etc. And the employees get ripped off for their money. People being messy, grown adults that have no manners. There's just too much drama over here its ridiculous. Prices are going up. It's not cheap anymore. Why can't people just be honest for once. Theives have lived here will he more. loud rude neighbors, drug atticks. What you see on the outside ain't always what it is. Try living here for more than 2 years you will see.

This is total trash don't let the roaches carry you off are even the the front office shake you down for extra cash for services pointing out women that you have to pay extra for a visit to your room. The ultimate pimps are dikes which run the front office. OYES, EACH room rent different from $125 weekly t0 $200 are more weekly, you may see for self slumlords ghetto is jewish they want all the cash no credit no time. A tenants point of view. On respect for age race creed only money.

Nice clean rooms no roaches tha office employees r very awesome respectful & go out of their way to help people Tha property is super clean They have a place where kids/adults can sit play a little outside games vending machines & great pavement throughout the property Tha minute a hole starts tha owner is out fixing it If a maintenance problem occurs the maintenance man is on call 24 hours a day!!!!! & Tha weekly/daily rates r unbelievable cheap for a great clean motel

Very old rooms. And the people in the surrounding rooms are very loud. The rooms don't have heaters so you have to give a $10 deposit for a space heater lol. The lady that works the front desk is really nice. This is definitely a last resort when they're are no other options. SMH

Was traveling from Galveston and after one hour stuck in traffic at 11pm( yes Houston traffic is almost non stop) we decided to stay the night but my credit card was maxed out so we had 40 bucks. This place is old but its got character. For just under 40 we got a bed, shower, and a full size fridge in the kitchen. The lady was very nice, considering the area of town, and it was surprisingly quiet. One of the best low budget motels I have stayed at.

Its in expensive to stay here yes thats why its good. My room is awesome they have changed alot since we have been here. People complain on here but look at what your paying. The only problem i have encountered is from one staff member but she has gotten better. And it has cable now. So its worth paying they try to kick the bad out good job

Another motel that we started to like but ran out of $ and couldn't stay longer...and now aren't allowed to rent at again and I'm pretty sure our Bluetooth speaker is still there...really would like it back yall

Very barebones, budget motel. Laundry is 1.75 for wash, 1.75 to dry. Common ice machine is .25. Common microwave works. Some rooms have more than warm water. Some rooms have AC which works better than others. Pay next week's rent the morning of the day it's due, or else you will get a lock on your door. Cash only.

This place is great because the people here are nice they dont complain about dum stuff there ran really great the room are good depending on which one you get the remodeled ones are great the other ones only thing with those rooms is they need to get rid of the carpet besides that great prices great service ....

gross!! found crack material in every draw, showers leaked out, staff is rude!! no tissue, expiered items in the vending machine! A/C but no heater or extra blanket provided.. even upon request for a toddler! *cheap if absolutely necessary but beware of the staff taxing or charging extra for HER own pocket

Good room looks like they just remodeled. Good housekeeping and close by stores. Beth the girl on front really nice and sweet. But that white fat lady always has an attitude about everything. The area is good close to freeways.

The 3 managements are so friendly and will work with u if u don't have the full amount for the day to stay and cheap reasonable price and peaceful place to think and get away....

Place is horrible roaches everywhere and they won’t clean them or try to kill them no WiFi no tv no microwave unless you stand in the rain out side up front horrible service bad attitudes place sucks bad worst I’ve been in

Only because it’s the saddest most depressing place that IS THE SONG HOTEL CALIFORNIA. Only go if you’ve survived a hurricane by axing out of your attic. Even then the attic might be more comfortable!

This is a roach motel very nasty and dirty. Not safe at all. Drugs and prostitutes come and go from here daily. Vehicles are not safe at all. Roaches and fleas in rooms. Don't stop here.

Spices pretty much clean has okay weekly rates nice place clean like I said the outside on some of the units have but they got a public microwave plus soda machine snack machine
