I went here Feb. 9th bought a pair of shoes and ordered a pair for delivery to the store. They told me at the store ill get an email or a call when the order was ready for pick up. They emailed me the 10th saying the order should be there the 25th they will send a tracking number and a seperate email when it shipped and arrived i called multiple times to the store one lady put me on hold and then hung up. The next ladies reply was ummmmm its not in yet this was after the 25th. After they couldnt tell me anything i contacted coustomer service via email. They responded with your order was cancelled because you didnt pick up the order on time if there is anything else we can do please let us know i replied no response. I then called customer service they responded with the exact thing im so furious because for one i already paid for them! The guy tells me we will send a check in the mail if you want the shoes you have to repay? WHY??? Why send the refund send my shoes? Why did i never recieve a call or an email? Why did they not contact before they sent them back or after they sent them back? Why do i need to repay for shoes i already paid for i was not asking for a refund i was asking for my shoes?? The worst customer service, it is there mistake and i have not even recieved an apology. I asked to talk to a supervisor waiting on a call back i highly doubt ill ever shop or order from here again.9 The supervisor called me back and said they couldnt ship to the store so they lied the entire time saying it was there and i didnt pick it up Getting a refund but i will never order from there again!!

I would give a 0 if I could, but I can’t they are extremely unprofessional. The way they try to disrespect people and act very high. Steven / Esteven, the supposed store manager needs more training on customer service and how to lead an office. This store has really disappointed me. I just couldn’t believe that they have people like this working there I used to like coming here but after witnessing this I am very disappointed. I never comment on anything no matter how bad the stores ethics can be but this place takes the cake. Do not go here unless you wanna be disrespected by their untrained staff. I went to return these shoes and they told me that they were dirty and used. Please look at this photo and tell me where. It’s within the 60 Days return period, I had receipt, and the box. The “store manager” even said that next time I need to just pick out my shoes better instead of returning them if I don’t use them.

The manger was at the door and greeted me time,I opened the door.He was very nice and helpful.This store has great items and deals.I only went in for a pair of Men Nike Slides but came out with to other pairs of shoes and a Nike Duffle Bag at a great price.The Nike Slides were $30 n in the color I needed and the duffle bag was reg 35.00 but on sale for 26.00 and I bought two pairs of other tennis that was priced at 25.00 but we're on sale for $12.50 each great deal right.This store has plenty of shoes,bags,sock,belts, lunch bags,candy for your family...I think you all should go check this location or other locations out.The staff asks if you need help but don't follow you around constantly.I am definitely going back.

This store wouldn't be as good as it is without manager Robert. 1st visit here with an exchange on a pair of shoes sent all the way from Florida. No box & only a picture of the receipt. I explained our situation & he was more than willing to help with patience & professionalism. Such a pleasant individual. Once at the register, he demonstrated that same level of patience with an apparent new employee. I'll go out of my way to come back to this location on the strength of great customer service alone. Thnx again Robert! Btw, they carry an ENORMOUS selection of footwear for the entire family & for all occasions.

I really enjoyed my experience shopping here today. I was greeted at the door by a guy opening the door. I found that my daughter outgrew the kid section ☹ and was helped by a employee to figure where to go from there. I decided to shop the clearance section and was excited to see the many varieties. I came across the same employee and she pulled shoes from the top shelf for me with a smile. I found some good stuff back there. I wen't to checkout and was offered an opportunity to spin the wheel. I feel really good about my purchase and will be going back really soon. I love great customer service!

Went to purchase additional shoes for my brother' birthday, was greeted was soon as we hit the door, the store was organized and clean. We went to the Nike Shoe area, saw a lot great deals on regular, sales and clearance items. But my brother shoes size is 13, so the hunt was on. We found a pair he loved. Staff and management was visible on the floor ready to assist. We only got one pair, because mail is still delayed in our neck of the woods, due a winter storm, so online ordering was offered but we declined. Will be back

Don’t ever order on their online website. I was charged twice and different amounts for an order I made. They gave me a really hard time on the phone I waited for almost 2 hours and they told me their regularly charge twice but later on they refund the money (which they didn’t ) they couldn’t tell me why they charge twice for one order and two different amounts. They put me back on hold and after waiting for soooooo long they never helped me so I decided to just call my bank.

I had the most terrible racist experience ever I have never felt ashamed until shopping here Daniel(manger) and Emily (cashier)are such bad employees , when I first got there I was being followed then they have a game were you spin the wheel and get coupons they wouldn’t let me use my coupons then I told them I have used coupons before and they both had a very disgusted look in they face like I was in the wrong I will never shop here again very sad experience

No help be prepared to help yourself!! I went in and all the sales reps was in the front avoiding customers not even speaking when you walk in I know it's covid out but I worked in sales for for 10 years + and never have a ever. I even saw a associate sitting behind the register on the steps where the manager usually stands to speak to customers as they walk in. I came in Jan 2,2022 sooo it wasn't busy at all. End up going to footlocker and foot action.

Very disappointed in this store. I haven't shopped at this store chain in years. I went to buy some loafers but didn't have much luck with their selection. Their prices aren't really deals. Their clearance items are not actual clearance. One box was in clearance but they told me that it wasn't on sale despite being in the right location. The check out area is also crowded and not spaced out. I doubt I will step in a Shoe Carnival again.

Great selection of men's , women's and children's shoes. Located near the freeway. The parking lot wasn't over packed . The store was clean and well organized. The service was fast and friendly. Overall a great location to shop at. We went to look for work boots and the workers were very nice. I had to use the restroom and the worker politely told me where it was at and it was very clean. I appreciate the service.

Had a great customer service experience at this location. I was asked 3 times if I needed help and they were very friendly by different staff. That made me stick around and find shoes for my two boys. They even give military discounts. Wish I would have gotten their names to post, but I was at the store Saturday around 2pm. I did let the manager know that I liked the customer service om my way out.

Unorganized. Shoes mixed up. Shoes on display are not around. Kids running around and parents are not paying any attention to them. No one asks if you need any help. You'll have to go to the counter and ask for a certain shoe and someone tells you to go look in another area of the store. Then they tell you that they are all out. What a waste of time.

Me and my wife went to look at there timberlands n took them out the box to try them on mind this it was like 7pm at night very few people but I took out to pairs of timberland a pair of black one n tan ones tell me why we heard code 5 on the speaker then as we try them on the lady stood next to us n made us feel uncomfortable trying on the shoe

They just charged me twice for same shoes but do not want to refund the transaction of course I only have one receipt I only wanted to buy the shoes once. Apparently they don't see the charge twice. So now i have to fight for my money back. Crooks. Don't go here they will not fix their errors for overcharging you.

Decent experience. Lots of shoes, not a ton of athletic shoe variety. The staff member that came and checked on me came around 6-7 times and it felt a tad uncomfortable, as I was just looking around. It kind of felt like he was hovering. Clean store though, good location, and great place to stop for shoes.

I found exactly what I was looking for there. I had already been to 1 other shoe store and 2 department stores before coming here. I should have just came here from the beginning. Store is always clean, employees are always friendly, and you don't spend forever in line waiting to pay for your purchase.

Manager is very rude & their policy is dumb . Can't return shoes even though they were clean . Worn them for 2 hours only & was told that they were used & dirty lol . Never shopping there again . Do not recommend at all . Went to Foot Locker instead . Way better service , friendly & helpful .

The so called manager Bert was useless. Had the items marked wrong and refused to honer the price until another manager told him he had to. I love this store chain and have been shopping with them for years I won't let one bad apple ruin it for me.

The store is very clean and nice! The girl “Vianney” was very rude and had the very worst attitude. She must not like her job, she didn’t even ask me if I wanted my receipt I’ve never been to any store and an employee be rude like her.

If that announcer doesn’t make your shopping better I don’t know what does. Brodie has been the store manager for a year or longer and speaks Spanish. A language that certainly does the job. Not a bad place to look through.

This place is great! Whatever style. Whatever size. They pretty much have it. The clerks are very helpful. Large sale selection. This was my first visit but not my last. Just go in and see.

Went 10 min before closing needed a certain pair of shoes for someone to go to work. They where amazing and gave me enough time to find what I needed.

They had an attitude and tried to sell me some dirty shoes and said I brought them like that when I ordered pick up from the store never coming back

Okay selection for big kids. The little kid/toddler section left a lot to be desired. They were approachable and extremely helpful. No complaints.
