What amazing customer service by Helen. Not only could she serve and look after more one than customer. When I asked about certain shoes and work boots. Helen knew where they where looked up sizes. If you looking for real customer service. And great prices go no further. Helen is a credit to the company. Highly recommended this store in Erdington

I went in to change some shoes that I had bought online, I needed to change them to a smaller size. The service was excellent, no problem at all. The shoes in the shop were £3 more expensive than I paid online but they adjusted the price straight away.

I ordered items online and took advantage of the click and collect service. The items were dispatched quickly and the staff were friendly and polite. I'd highly recommend the company and the store.

Good prices staff weren't very helpful.... but what do you expect for the cost - slippers good value but most of their products don't last very long

The young sales lady was really helpful. We bought four pairs of slippers. Two were on offer for £10. Achieving our objective.
