Visited Northfield branch wanted some work boots didn't have my size but lovely member of staff helped me and ordered my size and got them delivered to my house next day. I'm very impressed with the customer service I received and how quick they were delivered to me, literally the next day to my house for £1.99 bargain! And they fit great

The smell just hits you when you walk through the door but thats just me not liking the smell of cheap leatherette (i imagine its that coz you don't get that in other shoe shops). Bought some slippers for £5 which unfortunately have started to come apart and i've only had them for bout 2 months

Brought fur boots January,most comfortable I've ever had ,had cancer surgery Feb so ent used un till yesterday and it rained thay both split ,got wet feet ,I know that r cheep but come on 5 weeks ov wear to shops and back,there not fit 4 perpose, Ile be taking these back

I always go here for cheap, comfy work shoes. Staff could be more customer friendly, they talk to each other, but not to the customers!! Customer care begins with communication! Try harder, Shoe Zone Staff !!

Although we only needed a cheap pair of school shoes until the end of the year, what you don't expect after 1 WEEK is for the soles to literally come apart. As a company you should be ashamed of yourselves.
