I wanted to provide my gratitude towards a member of staff in the Selly Oak shop this afternoon. Recently out of hospital I was struggling in store unfortunately I didn't get the staff members name, but what incredible service and support he offered. Immediately realised I was struggling, came to my aid guided me through the store offering to support me throughout. Made me feel safe and most importantly did it without a 2nd thought. Thank you and if the store does reward staff for going the extra mile, this gentleman deserves a reward.

We pick up an emergency pair of school shoes for my boy. They had white specks on and the thread was fraying....we had to get them as he needed them an it was too late to go anywhere else, i was abit naffed off as they didnt have another size 11, but she still charged us the same price.....i dont think the staff server was helpful at all tbh....not sure if i will buy from there again ....

Great shop with a huge range of good quality shoes. Staff were helpful and assisted me in purchasing a couple of pairs of Sketchers shoes for my daughter and son, at very affordable prices (half the price of what the shoes would cost from a Sketchers stockist). Situated in the Selly Park shopping park, there's always ample parking available.

A little smile and greeting to shoppers goes a long way in customer service field. I've been to this store, 3 times now and I haven't been greeted once when in store. The oldish lady that works there, looks as though she can't be bothered with you. And it's quite blatant, judging from her body language.

Very bad service staff too busy talking rather than offering a good service but a terrible headache as sold 2 different sizes for kids school shoes! Having to send to school with broken pair causing distress as had to drive the nearest

Very well lit shop stocking a very good variety of footwear at reasonable prices for all ages--the staff were helpfull not over bearing but gave advice if needed when asked yep I would recommend them

Choice of shoe size awful if you have big feet. I am a size 8 extra wide but normally have to go for a size 9 and they had nothing in my size which is incredibly frustrating

Poor quality shoes and the return policy is very shady. So if you purchase an item there is 99% chance they will use a shady excuse to refuse a refund.

Shoezone are not the best shoe shop chain in my opinion. This store is decent as it’s large and convenient but the shoes are not the best quality

Good selection of shoes & reasonably priced. Also, if the size of the shoe you want is not in stock then they will order a pair for you

So glad I found this shop I used to go to Halesowen but that closed I have all shoes and slippers from you keep going worth a visit.

Spoke to the manager about my daughter who has autism about removing the alarms as they scare her they agreed and was very helpful

Store was empty ,nice range of well fitting shoes for children easily laid out in style and sizes so you just grab what you like .

Bit disappointed not much choice in wide fitting boots or shoes considering it was a refit much more choice before the refit

Great variety of ladies and gentlemens shoes with the added bonus they sell heavenly feet which really pleases her indoors.

Extremely helpful the boots I want are being reserved at a shop near my son and the selection was surprisingly on trend
