Absolute mayhem ..... Wow, I went to this place on 29/12/2016. The facility is brilliant huge layout, plenty of seats, huge screens. That's were the positives end. First drink order, relatively simple: 1 Pint of lager, 2 cans of Kopperburg and 1 spiced rum and coke. Pint was fine, kopperburg cans were both the wrong flavour and the rum was white not spiced. The food order didn't go much better, considering the place has been open a month the barman couldn't find it on the till and actually tried to talk me into having something else instead .... Then the wait for the food, we had ordered a fajita burger, a "bang tidy" burger (Chicken and beef) and a buttermilk chicken burger first of all a random beef burger turned up ... nobody had ordered this. I beleive the bar staff took all our food over to another table. I then got a southern fried chicken burger in place of my chicken and beef .... was famished by this point, couldn't be bothered to argue, my friend received a southern fried chicken burger in place of his fajita burger and guess what the buttermilk chicken burger came out as .... southern fried. Essentially we ordered three different burgers and got three of the same incorrect. About an hour later my chicken and beef burger turned up.... I think this might have been the original as it looked like it had been standing out for an hour. It wasn't even busy.... I dread to think waht's going to happen NYE or a typical saturday night. God help us all. I will now talk on how to solve these problems as someone who has never worked in a bar but has been to one once or twice. To stop staff from aimlessly walking around with burgers, why not print off a map of the tables by the food hatch. Print a receipt with the table number and put it with the food. Parachute some compitent bar staff in, later in the night i asked for 1 pint of Wolf Rock, the barman inexplicably poured 2 and a half :S SACK THE MANAGER, I don't want to see anyone go jobless but she was sat down watching the football while all the madness was going on !?!?! This place needs someone to turn it around quickly, a place that performs that badly will not last ten minutes on broadstreet, i was amazed that it had been there a month, it should take an afternoon to sort out these problems. The one star is for the layout and that's only because google wouldn't let me put none.

Well what can I say... On first impressions it looked like the perfect spot for food, drinks & sport. Quite the opposite... credit where credit is due the screens & set up is very good for sports events & open plan so you're not all on top of each other. Food & drink however... a shambles. Drinks, order a round of 4 drinks, 1 was correct other 3 all wrong, wrong spirit, wrong flavour, wrong mixer. Basically everything that could be wrong was. Food, ordered 30 minutes before kick off and received 1 of the 3 orders 20 minutes into the game.. but it was the wrong burger. Next order came out, was the same as the first burger which also wasn't what was ordered. The last order came out over an hour and 20 minutes after it was ordered & low and behold it was the same as the other 2 & not what was ordered. For a place that's been open around a month, the bar staff were incompetent, didn't know what they were serving/doing in general. There was no pressure on them as the point we ordered there was only around 10 people in the bar. Never an apology for the shambles that was the cold food, wrong drinks or poor service. 1 star is generous & won't be returning.

After spending the evening in the bar on Saturday 21st April, I was shocked to see the egotistic door man who seam to think they are a law to themselves removing a group of people in a very cowedly way. Very aggressive very unprofessional and uncalled for. I was close by and the group was sitting watching the football out of anyone else's way. Yes a little roudy but it was a football game and it's a sports bar. I seriously think the owners have to look at the type of doorman, the thugs the bullies what ever they call them and look at some serious training. From an outsiders view it did not look professional at all very very poor.

Went to go and see WWE ROYAL RUMBLE 2017. The bar itself is completely amazing and the atmosphere was euphoric but I felt the event that was displayed was slightly shabby. There were a couple of times where I thought we weren't gonna see the show as there were a couple of technical difficulties but luckily they were resolved. Seating arrangements could be improved too as there was mix ups with the tables, leading to a few guys to leave and go to Walkabout. Overall a good experience for my first time there and glad to see John Cena win the title and entertained to see Randy Orton win the Rumble. See you at Wrestlemania Shooters.

What a complete let down this establishment is. They call themselves a ‘pool hall’ and they only have three tables.. not only this but they only had one broken cue left for me and a friend to share as they only had 5 cues.. (the tip was hanging off) and also no chalk at all, I spoke to the manager and he couldn’t give me any reason what’s so ever why this was the case and just said ‘sorry’. For a place that referes to themselves as a sports bar we were was massively let down. To top it off it’s £4.50 a pint... wouldn’t recommend to anyone who’s half serious about shooting some pool or even a casual drink.

I went to the bar to watch the World Cup final, the place is ok, the big screen is really great, but the service was poor. More specifically from the “manager” who had a “superiority” attitude to me and my wife. She ordered a burger which she couldn’t eat as it was too spicy and it was not mentioned as spicy on the menu; manager did not offer solutions, he speaks in very challenging tone, Even if he was right or not, **It is not what you say; it is how you say it. ** ... that guy does not know how to treat customers at all, he turned the experience into a bad one for us due to his attitude.

So I came here for the first time today for lunch and to watch the game. Terrible experience!! - card machine wasnt working, so i had to go back out, take cash out and then place the order - I wasnt even given a receipt when i placed the order - the game didnt come on the screen until 5 mins into it - the food took ages to arrive, got late going back to work! - i ordered chicken wings but received chicken strips! - i went to the toilet and the taps werent working - the girl upstairs working had a bad attitude! Not a good visit, i definitely wont be coming again anytime soon!

  • Ross Spencer

The large screen here is definitely the best you will find in Birmingham for watching sport. With plenty of other screens dotted around you will never be without a good view. The table booking approach is refreshing, meaning you actually get just rewards for planning ahead with plenty of space and table service. Rather than just getting surrounded and your view blocked but the time kick off comes, which we're far too used to elsewhere. Highly recommended.

Avoid. 3 pool tables, all covered in stains of Christ only knows what, probably because there is nowhere to put your drink down, a shelf running along the walls would be useful in this area. Pool cues are damaged, even though you have ask for them from behind the bar, one was split. Went in last night and a group of lads were throwing each other down the shuffleboard tables. Staff didn't care.

I’ve been here on several occasions, at different times of the day / night and with a mixture of friends, family, work colleagues and my kids. It’s always welcoming, friendly, unpretentious and good value. Courtney was very friendly, polite and helpful when I visited yesterday. See you again soon, Shooters!

Don't expect a lot from this venue. Staff are lackluster, drinks are expensive, but at least the pool balls are round. The venue is tired, very rough around the edges, and in need of some series TLC. Pre-booked food was mediocre and not supplied in a quantity we felt was fitting for the amount paid for our party group. As a group we enjoyed the night, but it could've been so much better.

  • Warren Smith

- Moody and unhelpful staff - Sky Sports wasn't working, isn't that the whole point of a sports bar - Pool cues were totally useless - Sick in one of the toilet sinks - Worn out decor - Food we ordered wasn't sent through to the kitchen, leaving us waiting around for something that would never arrive - Staff joked as we left "I guess you came on the wrong day"

  • Michael Pritchard

Staff dont seem to know what they're doing most of the time. I ordered a burger, but with sweet potato fries instead of normal. I ended up with both sets of fries and being charged for a whole portion of sweet potato fries which I didn't realise till I added it up later. Craft ales have mostly been absent the two times I have been.

This place should be put on an undercover documentary. Ordered a hot dog which after an hour and a half of not arriving I was told that they had to cancel it but “could not have told me as the numbers on the table have worn off” . I then argued about their poor customer service and was kicked out! It’s a no from me. Get new staff

Service was a little slow at first, but shuffleboard was a great laugh, music loud but not too loud. One barmaid got an order wrong but the lad behind the bar sorted it out for us. Friendly enough atmosphere, good big screens for sport, plenty of games around, good beer selection, but a little pricey (around £4/pint)

  • John Moorman

love this bar, best place in the city centre to watch the football. has loads of screen inside the place so you can never miss a game. well priced beer and food. also has some fun pub games to play too while your inside. would 100% recommend if your a sports fan and want to watch it

  • Rose Sanger

Nice place to catch up with friends over a game of pool. However at 8pm all of a sudden there is extremely loud music as if it's a club even though there are no more than 15 people in there. This has happened to us on many occasions and we just end up leaving -much like many others

  • Ramneet Bassi

This place is good when it's open. Some of the tables could do with a resurface and corner tables make cueing hard on some shots due to space. Drinks are expensive but tables are cheap(ish). There are also other games around the bar and they show sports on plenty of screens.

  • aly-khan Makhani

Good for watching sports on the big screen and lots of smaller screens all over the bar so you won’t miss the game going to the bar/toilet. However they commonly don’t have draughts in stock and the food takes a long time and when it does come, it can be lukewarm/ incorrect

  • Mark Maynard

Really good sports bar, lots of screens so you can always follow whats going on. Good selection of beer and the food was actually ok. Quite why they think that people want to do Jagerbombs at 3 o'clock in the afternoon is a bit beyond me though.

  • Roshan

Went on a Saturday night with a couple of my mates, the big TV screen is amazing and a wide range of drinks available. Also a range of Machines which I was impressed by, pool, football table, shuffleboard and even a PS4.

  • Christopher Whelan

The giant screen is amazing. Came here a few times. They put on a darts event where you got to play Bobby George. Not only was it happy hour, you also got 25% off with darts ticket. Great deals during week days too.

  • spitfyre9912

Brilliant staff, amazing atmosphere would definitely go again. Had fun on the pool tables. Staff were friendly and catered to every need. Went with a stag do had a great time. One of the best bars I have been to.

  • Anthony East

10/10 service, good vibes. Priced higher than London and the toilets are a health hazard. Enjoyed myself but in future wear a hazmat suit.

It was alright. They took quite long to manage to show American Football, but eventually they did. Quite cold in there. Food was alright, but too greasy. Toilets were sparely equipped. Drinks are good.

  • musictomyears 09875

I really like it here little did I know bierkeller is next door to it the drink and food is not bad I be back again it's good for sports and got the pool table up which is good thumbs up …

  • Navik Islania

Nothing good to note. Service bad. No sporting knowledge for a sports bar. No idea how to switch channels. Not even a clue of what drinks they have in stock when you can see it yourself. Steer clear

  • robert callan

Watching the champions league final good atmosphere, big enough screens but the staff have to be the slowest workers I have ever seen.Don't know who pays the wages but I don't think they worth it.

  • Jagdeep Tiwana

Since the place has moved from Broad Street, the venue is a dive, the big tv screen isnt clear

Nice place to go for a night out, the only down side is that the pool tables wasn't up to scratch, one pool cue for 3 tables plus the cue ball was missing from 2 of the tables

  • Tina B

  • Ran Dom

Best place for american pool tables. Great friendly staff. Got great English pool tables, sports on the TVs, darts and table tennis too. No more snooker tables though

  • Patrick Aubrey

Not quite what was expecting. The oompah show was great fun, but really just a drinking and singalong thing. Perfect for stag/hen/sten parties who like it rowdy

  • Barnaby Proctor

Wow! What a disappointment! Booked a table here - no clue from the staff that the booking existed. Food terrible and service appalling. Do not come here!

  • Jay Tompkins

Interior was nice, and they had an enormous and extremely high quality television showing football, but their selection of drinks was abysmal.

  • Dean Ellison

Great place to go. Cheap drinks after work on a Friday and more TVs than one could ever possibly need. Would be 5 stars with a dart board.

  • Sophie Bradshaw

Biggest screen to watch the sports on, great deals Monday- Friday, gaming area, and large range of beers, what more could you want???

  • Heather Williams

Great for a night out. Has good music if you want to dance and sports if you don't, but the music is a bit loud if you want to chat.
