I have been a customer since the opening - primarily due to high-quality unique products that are selected with love and overall aesthetics of the store:) Indeed items are pricy, but why not treating yourself from time to time. On my last visit I was so utterly disappointed with the shop assistants though. No one (there was a lady and a man) bothered to ask me if I need any help even when I selected a few dresses and was carrying them around the shop. I also had to unfold the curtains for the fitting room myself (which is basically a dedicated corner in the main shopping area), they guy just casually said it's there. While trying on the dresses, neither of the two checked in and I just heard them discussing whether they should make themselves mimosas. The cherry on top was that the price of the dress was wrong, which I figured out only while paying. Having a spot-on service is a must for places like this. And I don't mean annoying shopping assistants that are 'at you' all the time. It's really unfortunate that the whole experience in the store doesn't match the amazing concept and products.
