I'm hoping the girl that works here is able to see this. I totally forgot her name but I was browsing while my friends went to the casino. I asked if she could recommend some products I might like as I'm waiting for cyber Monday for the sales for skin care and makeup. She referred some redness products for me, and she applied some nars foundation as I'm having trouble covering my redness, let a lone finding a shade that matches . Super easy to approach, she has been there for a month or so, shes taking schooling for ultra sound I believe she said. Long dark hair and very nice! Great customer service. I hope she sees this review! Keep killing it girl! And thank you for showing me the drunk elephant drops that make your foundation darker without having to buy different shades of foundation, truly appreciate it. She was so nice.

I have just witnessed something at this location that is truly disgusting. I watched two employees in the Beauty Department BULLY, Their coworker. I watched them outside the store while I was on the phone before I entered and witnessed the Assistant Manager Rebecca and her employee Michelle spraying their coworker with a gross smell and running away to hide and pretend it wasn’t them. I was so taken back from this I had to get these ladies name to share with Google. I’ve also experienced dirty looks from employees from across the room after being pointed to cosmetic help. I finally couldn’t sit back and say nothing. It’s flabbergasting this company supports this kind of behaviour. I miss the employees that use to work here but I don’t see them anymore. A very “mean girl” environment.

This is my second review for this location, and I am happy to share that both the store, manager, Tyrell, and the assistant store manager Sarah, were very helpful today. We were able to get the system that my son has been very diligently saving for. It was advertised at an outdated sale price and we are very thankful that they honoured the sale price. The customer care and support today was highly appreciated and has restored some of my perspectives of this location. Though the staff member who gave us heavy grievance on our last visit was also present and we made eye contact, he made no motion for providing an apology. Hence, why only 4 ⭐️ this time. *See other review.

At this location, I did not have a good experience at the beauty section. The information online was different from what the store had. The store didn’t have any signs indicating bonus points and when I inquired about it, the sales person asked ME to show HER the app. I didn’t appreciate her attitude. I also didn’t like the fact that I had to ask her to look away because I had to log into my private account. On top of that, I felt lied to because I only partially received points and NEVER received free samples as advertised. Finally, the sales people, exchanging dirty looks to each other, while aiding a customer is pretty low. Therefore, I won’t be going back.

Interesting choice of employee in the beauty boutique. Purchased something from Clarins today then went back just a few mins later for a few free samples of a product I'm interested of trying. The girl helped me before wasn't there and the one greeted me just gave me this really snobby attitude as if I'm just taking advantage of their sampling policy even after I told her I just made a purchase a few mins ago. Told me to try The Bay: "but I'm not sure if they will." I've been getting my skincare product from Shoppers for years and this was absolutely the most unpleasant encounter so far. Maybe I WILL bring my business elsewhere.

Claudio was top notch ! Great guy! Helped us with everything we needed and was a super friendly person. Seldom do I write reviews on customer service but I'll go out of my way this time for him. Since he was the most professional customer service person I've met ! 10/10

The manager in cosmetics is the most terrible person I ever had in front of me she is rude and has lack of information in how to treat a person please change her she doesn’t now to to speak to a costumer witch person speaks in person back while there shopping.

Stopped in to grab a few things for Christmas. But apparently I wasn't up to the standards of the associates working in the perfume and cologne. As 2 of them even made eye contact than turned away and avoided me. Great customer service. Top notch

This place is a joke . They don’t sell milk and lottery was closed at 8.50 pm to check my tickets . Staff too busy talking to each other . The counter check out lady was very rude .waste of money shoppers .

I will never come back to this pharmacy again. I waited more than 40 minutes to get my prescription pills! Totally waste my time. I don't understand why it took me so long just for 14 pills.

Convenient mall location, however the cosmetics department was empty! Various brands had completely bare shelves. Unfortunately I wasn't able to find what I was looking for due to this.

Really welcoming and helpful staff. Store was tidy, well stocked and made my shopping experience very pleasant with quick checkout service by cashier.

They want you to spend your money on their store however don't want you to use the pharmacy, that don't make sense.
