Went in with my electric mobility scooter around 11:45 tonight (has the seat removed since I have back problems and need to stand or kneel not that it's any of her business) old lady came rushing over asking what I'm thinking? You can't bring that in here. Her tone!!!! I informed her it's for medical purposes and she had the nerve to ask for my medical documentation! I informed her that even asking for my private medical information was a human rights violation let alone refusing service until I provide them! Told her I want to see the manager and she told me they are not in and come back Monday at 10am and to bring the documents. Kept saying I've never heard of that! (Admitting she didn't know the laws she was supposedly going to kick me out over!) She then continued to very rudly badger me about my medical issues and turned a quick 1 minute purchase of baby wipes into much longer than it needed to be. I will definitely be filing a human rights complaint. Who does this woman think she is? If she'd like I could put the seat back on for next time and ride it through the store full tilt! Lol! Some people just want to nag for the sake of nagging. Very disappointed in the service at this location.

Rachel in the Post Office was the most delightful, helpful, sweetest, friendliest person I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I had to mail a pkg to Italy, and therefore I had to use the online Customs form to fill in questions about the destination and the contents of the package. Well of course the program didn't recognize the address as it had been given to me by the recipient in Italy. So Rachel went and got her own personal phone and did it all on her phone, respecting my privacy on my phone and of course Covid protocols by not wanting to touch my phone. So she used her own phone, gets the program to recognize the address, does a few things like entering the items in separate fields, which I wouldn't have known to do. And it all worked. Just the sweetest, loveliest, brightest young lady. I had a smile for hours afterward just from that wonderful interaction. The ladies in the Post Office there are always efficient, but Rachel took it several steps above that. A wonderful, helpful person. She deserves a big raise!

This Shoppers Drug Mart is the absolute best. The staff is so friendly and goes above and beyond for their staff. Chris, the store manager, is the nicest guy ever. He embodies every trait a successful manager should have. I am blown away by his professionalism. He is so welcoming and personable. I went to pick up my prescription and had the most pleasant interaction with the pharmacy assistant, Gail. She is such a sweet woman and truly has a heart of gold. She pays so much attention to detail and thoroughly goes through each prescription and explains it to you. She always has the sweetest most welcoming smile and a radiating positive energy. These two alone are the main reasons why we my family and I only come to this Shoppers Drug Mart! Keep up the great work!

Today I went shopping at this location, had friendly interactions with customers and staff. I made my purchases and went about my day. Then I had a really poor experience at another location and when I called this location for help I got Kris the manager on the phone... He was more than happy to help me out. He went above and beyond to turn my bad experience at one shoppers drug mart earlier in the day into a great experience at another location. I recommend this location on friendly HELPFUL service. I absolutely love this location. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I often come to this location because I can always find what I need and they usually have enough stock. I've visited other locations and when I go to pay the cashier will say use the self serve payment stand to pay when she isn't doing anything. I know how to use the machines and pay myself but my hands were full and the counter just seemed easier to put my things down. I will always come to this location because I feel more welcomed and they pretty much have the same things .

i am a long time customer of this store and the staff is genuinely kind. they will say hello, ask how you are and seem truly happy to see you. i get alot of medical prescriptions filled and staff there is always kind . the store manager Kris is a great manager and will always say hello. this is amazing customer service and anyone looking for a home pharmacy and shoppers drug mart to shop at, this is a great one to choose. and in covid they have the hand sanitizing stations visible and that is good to see

I have been mailing several packages with this location's post office. Mr Arkan made all my shipping experience easy because he helped me by taking all the shipping costs depending their weighs and location. He is very knowledgeable, patient and helpful after all he is very very polite with every one on the line and very fast on his service. I prefere to come to this post office rather than other locations. Thanks Again and Again Mr Arkan for Answering as all my questions and made easy every time I come.

It’s your typical Shoppers Drug Mart. The store is well lit and clean. The staff is friendly and courteous. It’s owned by Loblaws so lots of the same products as Superstore but more expensive. It’s an overblown convenience store. It’s got long store hours so if you need to get something and a grocery store is not open then this is a good choice. The store is is built around the pharmacy as this is the foundation of shoppers stores. Also a large selection of women’s makeup and personal care items

This SDM location is absolutely amazing. Staff are knowledgeable and super friendly. They always provide quick and professional service, and every time enjoyable experience. On numerous occasions I've witnessed very compassionate approach to elderly or people who needed support which made me especially happy, given the current mental state of everyone and situation we live in. Very grateful to live in this community and call these people my neighbors. Keep up a great work team!

I love this location so easy to find everything you’re looking for. Super friendly staff always willing to help you out, always asking if you need a hand with anything. Very clean and well organized. The manager Kris, runs an excellent store, he is so Helpful he took the time out to help me with my special purchase and answer all my questions. Kris the manager, Lynn at Cosmetics and Terry at the front cash are all amazing! I go out of my way to shop at the shoppers on 95 and 167 because of the exceptional customer service, the immaculate clean store and the fact that I can find everything I need at my fingertips, super organized. I actually do enjoy going to the Shoppers Namao centre (375) because I've never had a bad experience there. I like the postal outlet as they always have the products I need (I'm a bit of a collector so explaining to most workers what a souvenir sheet is and why its different than a booklet gets boring). And he's the the only one that has given me via airmail stickers for my mailings ( normally i have to handwrite). I appreciate that kind of attention to detail.

Beware of this location. As advertised in a Shoppers flyer Maxwell House coffee was on sale at $7.99. At the till it rings up at $8.99, asked the cashier and got "We are a smaller location and don't honor some prices". Well she showed me a flyer that was behind the counter ALL THE DOOR CRASHERS were x'd out. So Shoppers is putting out a flyer to bait in customers and charging more, what a dishonest company!

This is our family drug mart and shopping store for many items. Chris and staff are some of the friendliest we have encounter in the retail world. Never have I gone into this store without first being greeted on the way in and always with a honest thank you on the way out. I would recommend this store to my family and friends because of the staff here. Thank you for giving great service.

I absolutely love this location. There are a number of SDMs closer to my house but I always find myself driving out of my way to go to this location. It’s clean, staff are friendly, helpful and honestly; always willing to chat with me when I have a chance to get away from my kids and just have some adult conversation. Super welcoming place. I have been going to this location for over 20 years now and the main reason is the staff there.... from the cashiers in front, to the wonderful post office staff , to the fountain of knowledge and support at the pharmacy. Everyone is always friendly and happy to help with any questions. This location sets the standard for other stores to learn from.

He went over and above in helping me order some vitamins that I usually take on a regular basis that they were out of stock on. Very friendly atmosphere. I shop at this location regularly and every time I go in the employee's are always pleasant and helpful. Today Chris (manager) was pleasant as always and made my son's day by letting him keep display box that would have been thrown out. They are an awesome team of people to deal with. Terrible customer service for the Asian lady working in the post section. I went to ship an international package and she was expecting me to know every single detail of their policy and do her job as well. Just said what's wrong and won't help me fix it or even explain their policy in an acceptable attitude

Love popping in to this location. It's not too big but has everything you need for your local drug store. Always clean, well organized and stocked. More importantly the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. From the owner to the floor staff, anyone of them are always willing to help when you need assistance.
