As the new rules are wear a mask of you choose etc I am wearing mine others in the store aren’t , Yet this very rude cashier told me to stay back and behind her glass as I stepped to the side to reach for the items I purchased, they are on the other side there is no glass there so the “over the top “cashier steps all the way back from her till to keep her distance from me !!! As she tells me to stay 6 feet from her ! Huh? And I’m one of the only patrons in the store with a mask on and she chose to be so rude toward me What is she going to do when she isn’t behind that piece of plexiglass Hahaha it was so embarrassing I think she should find another job "

AVOID THE POST OFFICE. That heavy set woman with the glasses and clownish red hair working at the post office is the WORST employee I have ever dealt with in my life. She makes her own rules, and they aren't customer friendly rules that make your experience at the post office an easy one. I brought a printout of an automatic Amazon return (with postage already paid) in a box that was only open on the top. She refused to take my package because the box was still open, and me needing one piece of tape to close it (with a tape gun sitting right beside her)...she told me (in a very rude tone with a lot of attitude) to "go buy some tape and come back when your package is ready to ship, or you can purchase some tape here". She also went on to add that I needed to tape the documents to the top of my box, because "I don't do that for you" This was my first amazon return, so how was I supposed to know?? I left pretty upset and went down the street to the next post office at the 7-11 on regent and they taped up my box, scanned my printout, then taped it to the box for me and said "thank you, have a nice day"...I am NOT kidding. I called Shopper's the next day to let a manager know what happened, and someone took a msg and said they would call back...and that was 2 weeks ago.

Attended today to pick up syringes for my dog. While there I noted 3 pharmacists & about 3 others standing around talking. I requested if anyone could give me a vaccination Covid booster as I had cancer & I was compromised & I lived out of town. I was told they ONLY take apts online and to go to try superstore. This really confirms once again why I do not, why none of my friends or family deal with Shoppers! They are not the family oriented “come in & feel welcomed “ pharmacy! It’s the go in & feel bad to interrupt the employees from their conversations & taking up their time. Walked away went into Freshco pharmacy the pharmacist said no problem offered both the flu & Covid so I would not have to worry for a bit. He apologized that I would need to wait 10 mins though. I laughed & said I would wait an hour or more, & thanked him for such kindness & empathy everything that Shoppers lacked!

I rarely visit this location because of rude employees ( please note I’m not complaining about 1 occasion. It literally happened on multiple occasions with me and my friends when we visited this location in past) I thought only cashiers on checkout and beauty section are rude but nahh i was wrong. Called post office today to just check the hours of operation because of my online order package and she put me on hold for more than 7 mins and literally not even once she greeted or apologized during the course of call morever she sounded like she’s doing a favor on me that she answered the phone. And i know people get busy but its just common courtesy. Management you really need to hire professional people with good attitude…

Team you should know the value of the time of your customers. I was at checkout even cashier didn’t know how to refill the bus pass and no one was there to guide him. He was calling no one was there for help. Finally he approached a staff lady she said she don’t know either then he call the another lady and she said that specific person supposed to be there. Oke then what you all doing there if you don’t know the customer service. There was line of customers they were so polite the offer me to go first because I was in rush. But the staff was not helpful.

We have had nothing but bad services from this pharmacy. First off, waited about half an hour on the phone. When the rude lady answered she cut me before I could finish asking my question and when I did ask, she said: I’ll transfer you over and places me on hold again. Been waiting ten minutes now. If you can’t be nice to people don’t work dealing with people. I understand you are having a bad day but guess what now you ruined my day with you nasty attitude. I will never buy medicine from this place ever again. And I will make sure I tell others the same.

Called Pharmacy about 4 times to make sure they got my prescription that was faced by my on doctor and it went through but they kept saying they didn’t get it. Doctor had to fax it while on the phone with them JUST TO MAKE SURE they got it. Once they said they got it. I called to make sure when it will be ready to be picked up. The person who answered my phone at pharmacy was so rude and didn’t even want to talk. She slammed the phone on me. Highly suggest changing pharmacies as they don’t want to answer any questions. Horrible customer service.

I've been in so many Shoppers across Canada and this has to be the worst every time I have gone there over the last 20 years. The Staff are defo punching the clock and not interested in where they are or what they are supposed to be doing just constantly talking about their next break or what they will eat. Very, Very rude hate it and now thankfully I only go about 1 time a year when I really have to for milk. Just read your review below Nobal and yea it was the one with the short red hair stuffing her face walking by us as we left Shoppers.

Not very consistent return policy, the lady first told me returns can be done at any store, to telling me no. Because they'd have to ship it back to the store it came from and the manager isn't in until Tuesday. So all operations stop until the manager is in? But you're open everyday, long hours. Doesn't make sense to me, so this store isn't provided with the staff needed to operate? Why do I care if it needs to be shipped back to the store after my return, it's not relevant to me doing a 'simple' return as per website.

I have been with this Shoppers Drug Mart for well over a year for my perscription. The last few times I had to speak with one of the staff members, the silver hair, shorter, older lady. I have never been treated so badly as I was by this staff member in the pharmacy as well as over the phone, she is no better. I complained about her twice but nobody seems to care how she treats the customers. She is just RUDE and miserable! I have taken all my perscriptions elsewhere. NEVER TO STEP FOOT IN THIS STORE LOCATION AGAIN!

I went there for a money order and that fine. But what I witnessed between the lady at the front and a delivery postal worker was another thing. He had packages to unload the lady said he can't unload them because the manager wasn't there. Her tone was rude and combative and she was berating him right in front of me. Poor guy. He went to grab the phone behind the counter to call his boss, I guess, and she yelled at him to not touch it and that he couldn't be behind the counter. Very unprofessional and unnecessary.

Worst experience with the Jessa. She didn't attend me properly. I was asking some questions regarding skincare. She was not interested at all in assisting me. At the end I paid for what other stuff I bought she informed the other person about the points but didn't told me anything about the promotions or any offers. Stop discriminating. She was good with other customers but was with me. She should learn how to do her job. I have been a regular customer but really was not expecting this today..

One of your employees named Jessa was in the mall and suggested I ignore social distancing because I was next in line in the food court and didn't stand right up behind the girl ordering. Kept rudely telling me to move until I told her I'm not getting too close to the lady ordering. Maybe suggest to your team members that they shouldn't have their name tag on if they're going to go bossing around patrons in the mall.

I have to give a shoutout to the pharmacists and pharmacy staff there. Kevin, Lindsay, Erin and everyone else there are one of the most compassionate and caring pharmacy teams I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Thank you so much for putting your patients health and well being first and just for being compassionate people. If they can help you in any way...they will try their best. Thanks again!

Worst experience. Lost count of how many times I got a text message that medication was ready and when I got to the store it was not. Lost count of the number of times they had to re- enter insurance information. Lost count of how many times we missed taking medication because they failed to fill prescriptions. Always, they blame someone else.

I frequent this shoppers and have always had great customer service whether it be at the check out or the ladies in the makeup/beauty department when I need to grab items for my wife. Very convenient as it’s connected to Kildonan Place mall. I had to dock a mark because sometimes when I call, it just keeps ringing and putting me on hold.

I dont know if they get alot of shoplifters or something, but the woman in cosmetics would not stop watching me the whole time I was there and then proceeded to follow me to the register and didn't go back to her counter until I started to scan my items. This was such an odd and uncomfortable experience for me.

I am so sorry to do it, but the customer service here was awful. The girl at the counter was dismissive of me and my grandma, and had no respect for us as people, let alone as customers. I never leave bad reviews but this experience was so bad I felt compelled to let others know.

Inconsistent service. I'm a heart patient and for whatever reason I have too many times have to wait another couple days to get my meds. It just seems theres some confusion behind the counter. My wife and changed back to our old pharmacy where the was NEVER an issue

They keep putting you on hold until you hang up lol. It’s hilarious. The younger lady with the red dot on her forehead that works in pharmacy is useless too. Use this place like a convenience store because you’ll never get your medication.

Pharmacy is not very good. They seem to just stand around talking, and ask you to repeat personal information across the entire back desk. Waited 7 minutes before being acknowledged while multiple employees walked by.

Senior post office rep was extremely rude and belittling her coworker on Dec/19/2022 6pm. Was unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness. People shouldn't be treated like that, we all deserve dignity.
