Over priced parking. Want free park? Don't worry, you just need to expend R$10.000 in a 3 month period to be a 3 star client or R$5.000 to be 2 star and get 50% off. I used to be there twice a week, not anymore as they intend to make more money with parkings instead of being a shopping Center. That's only my opinion, based on my personal experience. Good luck in yours new focus.

Older mall that is not over shadowed by the newer, fancier Morumbi Town Shopping just across the street. However, they've recently remodeled the movie theatre, added a few new restaurants, and are generally cheaper and more casual in an effort to compete. Lojas Americanas, all the cell phone carriers, Outback, and Body Shop.

Great mall at nice location! large infrastructure with a variety of stores, different brands and restaurants, with a lot of options for lunch or dinner. A nice place to spend a afternoon with the whole family with a internal parking lot (payed). Also has a nice theater inside to enjoy movies!

Great Shopping centre with good accessibility. You have atleast 2 supermarkets (Americanas and Acucar de Pao) compared to Morumbi Town Shopping that has only one supermarket (Zaffari). It also comes with beauty parlours, food courts, and basically all you in a mall.

This is a small shopping center that literally has everything you need. Supermarket, good food court and restaurants, bookstore, cinema plaza, etc. Place is always clean, secure and it is usually not very crowded.

Pretty typical mall, nothing special. I know it's customary to charge for parking in Brazil, but maybe they could attract more customers by NOT charging r$12 to go wander around for a bit.

Good shopping mall with a great supermarket, ATM from several banks, good restaurants and coffee shops as well as the best boutiques and stores.

Good place to go with family, has a lot of different stores for all kind of people, also very comfy, the cinema is great.

Good mall. Not the best in the south side of São Paulo, but still delivers a good experience for the shoppers
