such rude and discriminatory customer service. i was inspecting an item i was going to buy for damage, i wasn’t ripping the package open at all. the employee threatened to call security. i told him i was buying it and he said i had to buy it first, but why would i buy a damaged item. i knew showcase was sketchy with their return and exchange policy so i wanted to be sure of my purchase. he wouldn’t even let me check it. he assumed i was native, i’m filipino. he accused me of stealing a 10 dollar toy. this was so unnecessary. he had no reason to treat me like that, especially with my 9 year old sister with me. i asked politely for his name and he shouted back “what’s your name.” Then proceeded to say it’s none of my business. Many employees have name tags so he had no reason to react the way he did. and just to top it off, he offered a receipt and i said no thanks, then he insisted on me taking it since security was going around the mall checking “people like me.” i took a photo of him since he wouldn’t give me his name. be weary of entering the kingsway showcase.

I bought a gravity blade scooter from them yesterday. When I brought it back to home, it showed error on the screen. And it cannot be fixed. I bring it back to the store and ask the staff to change a new one for me. They says once the box was opened, I cannot return it. But HOW I CAN KNOW IT WORK IF I DONT OPEN IT. They do have two brand new in stock but I cannot take one of them. The only thing they can do is order another one from the industry for me but it takes two weeks. It’s really annoyed me because I only buy it for less than 20 hours. I spent over $400 for a scooter and need to wait two weeks for exchange. The worst customer service I ever had.

Completely ruined my Christmas selling me a "New product" I asked if they had anymore water lamp diffusers, they said they did in the back. I get a boxed up product with water stains all over lamp. Used, finger printed. Water holes all plugged with crusty old tap water residue, and old diffuser oil. I would never have boughten a USED AND ABUSED PRODUCT FOR FULL PRICE. Thanks for telling me i was buying a used piece of garbage. I live 3 hours away and cant make it back at all for who knows how long. A joke of a store and a joke of basic customer service.

I've made 2 purchases over the past week. No issues but to note that you can typically find the items that they sell at other retailers at. better prices and purchase terms. Everything they sell is marked final sale, vs other retailers offer price protection and more customer friendly return terms. My point in making this review is to do your research before blindly going to one of their stores unless you don't mind paying more without recourse.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Realized the item purchased was damaged as soon as we got home and opened the box. Called immediately and they refused to refund the item despite selling me a damaged item. Completely unacceptable. I’d understand not refunding if the item had been used but it is still in its plastic wrapping and packaging. Do not waste your time or money on their products and poor customer service.

BUYER BEWARE: they hav a little known policy of NO RETURNS for 98% of their items. Receipt doesnt state which. But bychance, most of their items fall under this category. Talked to some pion there who said "He doesnt make the rules". Next time ill ask to see their business license. I believe these stores are franchises privately owned, thats why this store is so cheap. GO ELSEWHERE.

Today's experience at Showcase was sour compared to Tuesday when another server was present; this person accused me of being rude and I left without a purchase which I was in the process of making.. whilst I may have been short as he was not forthcoming with information on the product of interest to me suggesting that I go and read the information and how he was busy to help me...

This store has it all even beauty supplies for the sharp dressed man. I am always looking to be surprised and at Showcase I never get left behind from Electric Scooters to the smallest air conditioning ,With the biggest selection of things you can't imagine SHOWCASE has it all. The staff are real cool too, packed with answers to all and any questions you might have.

The friendliest and most helpful staff in all of Kingsway. These guys will help you in store, or on the phone. They are knowledgeable about the products they sell, AND where to get alternatives if they don't sell the products anymore. I can't say how much I love this store and how well the train and treat the staff. Thank u so much! You guys do a great job.

i bought a drone copter but it was seriously malfunctioning it wouldnt even take off. the one time it did take off it was wildly uncontrolable. i returned it the next day but they would only give me a giftcard for the store. ive had it for over 6 months now and still havent used it. if you want it ill give it to you at a discount.

The staff are very helpful and I had no problems returning a non-working item. The staff quickly replaced the item after testing it to confirm it worked as advertised. It’s an interesting place to browse - there are many unusual items ranging from the ridiculous and amusing, to very helpful items for car, house, and garden.

I was just about to purchase something for 179.00 when at the till they asked for my phone number and email. I politely declined. They then told me it would be 249.00. Is this even legal? What. Scam. So I left. They lost my business and didn’t seem to concerned. I’ll just order it online. Be alert for these scam artists

Most nonsense person i have ever met, guy is so stupid. We bought lolly pops in unicorn shape, this stupid person never offered bag and my kid dropped one and this slow speaking person said he cant change coz its food and i dropped on floor. Stupid people first proper service and offer bag to customer. Idiots

Absolutely terrible customer service! The male attendant was refusing to accept a return even though I purchased a warranty. Terrible return policy on an item that didn’t work right out of the box. A ridiculous place to shop.

What a neat place. I went specifically to get the flexistretch sofa cover after hunting high and low for a sofa cover that didn't cost over $200 and make me cringe at the no give fabric! Clean, great service.

This place has limited selection, and you won't find out until after the purchase that the items are final sale unless defective. No point on asking for a gift receipt.

Love going to see what's new at the store.. Bought blue headset and mini flashlight. My nephew bought me reading glasses with light on them. They work excellent.
