I have purchased Kids Four wheeler. I went for repairing there. They changed battery and charger and asked for 1500 for repairing work . When I told them to pay via UPi But they denied Online payment. They insisted only cash payment. I continuously told them to pay in digital mode they said there will be separate 18% GST will be levied. I agreed to pay that bill 1770. After few minutes they told that they can’t give bill of Battery or charger or repairing work. I refused and told them to give exact bill for which I have been charged .They have refused and did not took Online payment. After 30 minutes , I had to go bank and had to withdraw money and on end pay in cash. I surprised in this digital era ,how anyone can deny to accept digital payment. There is something doubtful there. Don’t buy without bill products from there

Both screws damaged by ganesh cycles technical staff. Not proper ans got from the cycling owner Prashant's father I don't know the name of that man. But he has too gave proper ans as when we went there to purchase new cycle. I think I have too give here - stars for their service and support. Even they do not have screws to fit instead of damaged by their technical staff. They told me we never need this kind of screws. Even my gear shifting meter is not working properly after service. Still not getting solution from there. Think that this is the poor service which I never experience in my life. Note: suggestion is that go at proper frenchise partner. Never go to buy nearest mixed cycle dealers store. For example like ganesh cycle

Very impressed with the service and aftercare. The staff are very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and not pushy. We purchased one e-cycle from Shree Ganesh Cycle 'N' More - Vastral this year. The cycle were ready to collect when they said, all checked and with the accessories we wanted fitted. I had a small problem in the motor after and it was replaced with no quibbles in 1 week while I waited. I cannot fault them. They have looked after us since with other accessories and now have gained a loyal customer. I wish we had the same customer focused approach when we purchased new cycle! Hey guys, I'm on Kanyakumari to Kashmir Solo cycling trip , I did my cycle service from Shree Ganesh Cycles. They are the best in the town. They have vast collections of cycles, if you are around Ahmedabad and wanna get a cycle then go there without any second thought. They do service for cycles not only super quick but also maintain the standard. They do sell all cycling y and equipments The owner is polite and he himself being a cyclist and experienced guy suggested me the routes , shared his travel experiences. મારો ગુડ એક્સપિરિયન્સ...શું તમારે સાયકલ પરચેસ કરવી છે... તો તમેં પહોંચી જાઓ ગણેશ સાઇકલ માં...એમની 2 બ્રાન્ચ છે... વસ્ત્રાલ & વિરાટનગર ...ત્યાં તમને બ્રાન્ડેડ કંપની ની અને રીજનેબલ ભાવ માં સાઇકલ મળી જશે...અને સાઇકલ લીધા પછી પણ એમની આફટર સર્વિસ પણ ખૂબ સારી છે...મેં અનુભવ્યું છે...

Bad experience with cycle dealer because he was talking non sense. Issue was, Handle completely came out and child felt on road because of handle was not tight at the time of purchase. So cycle dealer was saying you must purchased costly cycle instead of Rs.3000.

Best cycle and design of cycle and manny options are available in store...I like also services of that... and one more thing is that in promotion offer for store I also win 1 gm gold.

experience of after sale service is worst, they charged too much amount for the small spares as we purchase the same from the shop, think once before buy any product from this store
