We found this little food stall during our visit to Jaipur and are so happy we did! They were sold out the first evening we stopped by, but we struck gold the following morning and enjoyed a plate of the tasty khaman dhokla. I recommend trying it with the chutney, chilies, and cilantro garnish option - really enhances it with some bright flavors!

Yummy dhokla, consistent flavour. The khaman sells out in a matter of hours, so better be there on time if you want to experience a simple yet flavor packed plate of khaman

He doesn't sell coffee, only dhokla, and fabulous dhokla, I am buying since 2003, and still he served best in wholesale rates
