I will never suggest anyone for this place. THEY GAVE 18K SOLITAIRE AT THE PRICE OF 24K. 24K denotes 100% purity while 18K denotes 75% pure gold. That means if u buy 10 gm 18K at the price of 24K, it means u paid for that 2.5 gm of alloy which is worthless. 2.5 gm of 24K gold may give u a decent piece of solitaire. When asked, they adjusted the extra amount in making charges and calculated the price of gold at increased rate for 18K. Further they misbehaved and refused to give any explanation. Before buying check for hallmark. MOST OF THE ORNAMENTS DON'T HAVE HALLMARK. Some of them have a number pattern which they call hallmark. Actually the number pattern is not the hallmark. YOU ARE ACTUALLY PAYING FOR THE GOLD NOT FOR THE BEAUTIFUL LOW QUALITY ORNAMENTS. The BILL IS ALSO AMBIGUOUS. It do not mention making charge and gold price separately. That means the resale value can be adjusted according to their will. 18K is mentioned by writting 750 and 22K by 916. Not everyone is familiar with it. This is how they give 18K at the price of 24K. Very very very bad experience. Very poor service. I want to exchange my diamond ring they will deduct 15%. When I was trying to talk with owner he will get hyper, he doesn't have answers of my questions regarding deduction & lastly he said now we will deduct 20% wherever you want to go you can go. The behaviour of owner is very rude.

The staff is very un professional. Once you go to them to buy a new product they will treat you very well. Once you purchase items and go again for services they are very rude and behave very un professionaly. I highly recommend to avoid this jeweller. I really had a very bad experience.

They sell gold stating 18 Carat but it has a glitch. Plus dont sell ur old gold to them. Even if it is pure gold bought from bank, they will first say it is pure, then will melt it, and will say it has this much impurity. And will force you to sell it in reduced cost. They are #fraud.

They have the facility of gun piercing but they don't have different jewel choices. They will provide you with only the gold plated jewelry but what if we dont want gold plated. They should have other options to choose from.
