I booked for a 1 hour massage to get 25 mins, Miss communication with the therapist which I understand mistakes happen they offered me the full hour after but I feel my therapist may need more training as she was just moving oil around my body where I asked for it to be firmer she went too hard and when I said it was hurting she didn’t seem to understand. It wasn’t a massage it was one extreme or another, the worst $80 I’ve spent and I’ve had a wide variety of massage over the years. They did try to be accomodating but I feel maybe more training is needed or make sure you ask for a experienced therapist.

If you have private health, don’t bother going here. After my massage, they said they would ‘email’ me a receipt, a week later and after several phone calls, they kept on saying “tomorrow” or “we will in a few days”. When I finally visited the store, I did emailed get a receipt (days later) but it was totally wrong, I contacted them to rectify it and asked to send me the correct one, but they have not replied to my emails and phone calls have again given me empty promises. Dodgy as! Wonder how much they put through the books. If I don’t get a receipt I will report them to my provider and ATO.

I have had a booking every fortnight for months, I have been flexible enough to go between Cannon Hill and Bulimia. Today I went to Bulimia expecting my masseuse only to be told he was at CH, I asked if they could let CH know I was on my way. When I arrived I was told I would have to wait an hour for the massage, I left and will not return. They did ring this morning but I did not answer the call (unknown number) no message or text left. Sadly I enjoyed the massage and will miss Goff and the friendly team, manager needs to put people before profit.

Right from the moment i walked in the door the experience was great, lovely grape drink on arrival. Ying was fantastic the massage was perfect balance of remedial, thai and relaxation and the hot stones was an added bonus. After the massage was treated to a lovely warm tea lots of delish biscuits to choose from and a kiwi favourite the ŕ lump there also, the aloe juice was also delish. 10/10. Will be back

I just had my first Siam Spa experience with a lovely, courteous young lady, Jan. Wow this was amazing....very relaxing yet firm enough to release all my tense muscles. Hot rocks and oil was wonderful....once finished a lovely Aloe Juice, Tea and treats was served up. I would thoroughly recommend Siam Spa ....thank you for your professional and friendly service.

Service was really good and massage was very relaxing. I was given a welcome drink as well as some tea, a glass of aloe vera and biscuits after the massage. I asked to focus on the back and shoulders - she did a really good job working on those areas. I went for the “Traditional Thai Massage” which had a bit of everything. Highly recommend!

A wonderful massage service provided by a very attentive and incredibly talented lady called Apple. The problems areas on my back were assessed and addressed in a firm, strong massage session that was very, very effective. Lovely herbal tea was served after. I’d highly recommend Siam Spa and will definitely be coming back.

Great traditional Thai massage, ladies were so friendly and welcoming...Whoever owns this store did a wonderful job setting it up so traditional, the vibe is very relaxing and tranquil despite being in a shopping centre. Massage was very thorough and enjoyable absolutely loved it will definitely be back

I normally go to your other massage venues such as Richmond Road and always extremely happy but today I tried cannon hill, Kmart plaza. I was not happy with my massage whatsoever. The guy was very friendly but definitely not a remedial massage. I left feeling much less relaxed than when I walked in.

She left the room 3 times to tend other customers. It didn't seem she knew what she was doing at all. What she did on one foot she neglected to do on the other. Spent significant time wiping off the oil which was unnecessary then finished 4 minutes early. Overall a waste of 30 minutes and money.

These ladies are so caring and go to so much effort to welcome you, fix and stretch muscles, head and back and neck tension and they give you a cup of herbal tea afterwards. My head and my thinking and mood is always uplifted and totally changed after seeing them. Thank you for being so caring.

Had a one-hour remedial massage. Staff are very friendly and welcoming - easy check in and explaining what is going to happen. Lovely atmosphere considering it's in a busy shopping centre. My masseuse was amazing, and used their whole body to manipulate mine. Will be back for sure.

The worst foot massage I’ve ever had. I’ve been here before and to your store on Richmond Road and have always received an excellent massage however this morning at Cannon Hill I booked a 1hr foot massage and left disappointed, far from relaxed and $70 out of pocket.

Cash was absolutely amazing, she has the best hands ever! First time here today and I'm definitely coming back! The whole experience was soooo good, I feel like all my knots are gone, I'm so relaxed and I can't wait to come back. Smelt so delicious too, thank you!

I had needling and remedial massage to help soothe my ear ache and release lots of tension. Blown away, so very thankful for what they’ve done for me. Really helped ease the pain with my hair. They were gentle but firm and I’m so glad I went!!
