I have been living here since I was 9. The park went from being micro managed to hardly managed at all. It appears that our mobile home park has turned into the mariachi band from hell!!!Every freakin weekend I'm literally awakened by music blasiting into my window. Music turned so incredibly loud I can feel the vibrations all around me! It's not what's playing that's important, it's the fact that it's 1:22AM and the volume appears to be rising instead of lowering as it should be. Never have we ever had neighbors who where so disrespectful. Someone we had to call the city on to have bee hive crates removed from his mobile home because my aunts allergic, has already been stung and rushed to the hospital. Don't move here unless your a vampire and never need to sleep! I am seriously staring to lose my patience!

This is a hidden gem in the Valley! I loved it on sight, even before I bought here. First of all, the park itself is hidden. You can see the tops of two trailers from the street, if you look closely. The other 100 or so units are hidden in a bend in the road. It's also on a dead end street, and although there is an active train, most trailers like mine are far enough away where you don't really feel or hear it. And it's quiet, calm, peaceful, at least where I live, and I'm in the middle of the park. It will be VERY hard to leave this little place once I retire and move back to my home state.

No parking. Management does everything possible to harass tenants to appear as if in best interest of park. But plays favoritism to certain residents. Only certain residents have to follow bi-laws while others get turned to blind eye. If you're hispanic or here illegally perfect park for you. Manager Hispanic also plays favorites with other Hispanics.

I’ve been living here for about my whole life and me and my family constant get harassed.There are people that work for the manager that like to take pictures of you. They will yell at you and try to get you made so you can hit them.I would never recommend living here.

Very warm and welcoming while selling a mobilehomes. Then harrass tenants who aren't Hispanic over every little thing, while the illegals do what they want, no consequences. Been parking 2 cars in front of my home for 25yrs. Now served

Beware of the female staff. They harass, lie, threaten, and go threw tenants properties without permission and state it's in guidelines. 90% of tenants say the same thing.

Extremely well kept and secure manufactured housing community. The best that I found in the west valley.
