We a group of 11 people planned to visit Bangkok. So we were searching for a tour planner and found this one. I contacted them and Nisanat have responded and the way she responded before trip was very good. She suggested us good places and hotels and all. Since it was a 10 days trip we were tired and the cab drivers were great. They never made us run and gave ample amount of time for visiting places and suggested some good places. Coming to the organizer Nisanat I would like to thank her specially. She was the best among many I have seen. She used to call and msg everyday before the trip and every evening after sightseeing and asks us about the day. Probably the best friendly tour organisers in Thailand. And I would like to add one more point i.e they never run behind money, neither ask you more or do any. They will look for the tourist satisfaction rather than money. The best budget tour planner in Thailand. I would like to strongly recommend this trip planner when u visit Thailand.

DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS AGENCY!!!!! This company doesn’t even deserve 1 star. IT IS 0 STARS. The itinerary on their website is FALSE and they do not care if they are lying to their customers. Instead of spending 1.5 hours on the first beach in Pattaya as listed, we were herded straight onto a the slowest boat for over an hour to stop and get off in the middle of the ocean to watch people parasail for 30 minutes. After that we are told that we are leaving the next beach an hour earlier than on the schedule. Making this only 2 hours on a beach and 10 hours of travel time from Bangkok when it was listed as 5 hours Beach/freetime and 7 hours travel. DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR. Terrible customer service, told us that they change their itinerary everyday but don’t change it on their site. They will not give us a refund since their machines are down from slow season. Don’t believe them. Go somewhere that has CC machines!!

We found out about sightseeing group through google and trip advisor. After reading all the positive reviews about them,we decided to talk to them about our 5 days trip to Thailand. We discussed everything from the beginning with Ms.Nina through watsapp and we have only the best things to say about her and the group.We booked hotels,transfers,all other tours in pattaya and bangkok from them.They gave us a reasonable offer for those. But the most important thing about them is their service. Everything was on time per minute and Nina was very responsive for any queries via watsapp throughout the trip. Overall the trip was great and it was a pleasure to work with an honest, reliable team of people. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to plan a Thailand tour with a professional, reliable team. It was such a great experience for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and everything was well managed and planned right from pick up from airport to dropping us to airport again at the end of our trip! This is truly a 5 star company. They are extremely professionals. I have been using their services since 6 years now and never they have disappointed me. My recent trip was to and fro Bkk to Pattaya though it was a very short trip of 2 days but the services that they provided from airport pick up till drop off was superb. The SUV was a luxury. Ms Tai who owns the company is a very nice lady. Highly recommended !!
