My own experience the trailer park management is not good at all , I have an issued with an extranger , homeless man who he is sleeping behind my propery, I went to the office the guy was very ruded did not helped me at all he told me to call the cops which I did and still the man sleeping behind my oroperty ,, overall the trailer park office just collect the rent dont care about any issues with the owners of the trailer concers very bad MANAGEMENT ….

I know She is not the best comunicated, but her position is not easy neither a lot un respect people around always try to jump the rulers. Is no the way we live in America, follow the rules we live in peaceful place and orden. Not renters and always do background check for each owners. …

La señora de recepción es una grosera. Carece de profesionalismo, no tiene educación para atender al cliente. Observé falta de limpieza y dejadez de la administración. Requiere intervención del gobierno federal para que auditen documentos.

i just call and the lady that answer the phone was rude ,and told me that i have to go in person to get incormation about the rent with a really bad atitud and they can not give information over the phone
