Bad food, bad service, bad ambience, overpriced. So yesterday we visited this restaurant and waiter came and told us to give order quickly. Like he is in hurry. We gave order and with in 10 minutes of our order around 50 people came like a tourist group. So much noise they started making. We were still waiting for the order. Want to ask about the order but no one understanding English. Waiter Chanan Quraishi vanished. He was busy with those people and so much unbearable noise in restaurant. Our food came after 45 minutes. We ordered pan Asian . Food was pathetic taste. We ordered momos which came after we finished whole food. And we had not finished food waiter Chanan came with bill. Did not even ask do we need anything in sweet. He was in so hurry and confused. When I asked why he is behaving like that. He told he is the only one who can speak English so he is busy. Please don’t go to this place. It’s not worth at all. Overpriced. Bad service and bad food. We tried both restaurants in Almaty and are excellent . Tandoori and magic masala. Worth every penny. It was special day for my daughter. Her 19th birthday. They spoiled our dinner. Pls don’t go by there eating. We spent 15000 tenge in total.

Firstly several reviews under this restaurant are by the managers and waiter to boost their ratings. The waiter at silver spoon asked us to order quickly and hurriedly, stating some senseless reason. Most of the food arrived within 20 minutes however the momos we had ordered arrived after our dinner was finished. They had pre-booked a large party of several families, something we were not made aware of by them and the restaurant was filled with loud screaming people within minutes who were waiting for us to leave. We were rushed out of the restaurant with the absolute worst service I have ever encountered in the food industry. All they had to do was let us know the place was fully booked, even so the service was rude, food was flavorless and abysmal and caused stomach ache. Overall, NOT worth the price.

Almaty had been one of the best places, and to celebrate my sisters birthday we went to silver spoon, as it had amazing ratings. After 1 min in the restaurant the waiter started rushing our order and when we did order we found out that the reason they rushed us is because they were catering a whole tour bus which made the atmosphere as loud as a class, they lied to get more money from our order. In addition to this, the food was worse than the snow found outside the restaurant and they had forgotten one part of the food as they were in a rush. At the end they just gave our bill without asking for any sweets we also never asked for the bill and so they were in a rush to get money and just make us leave. This restaurant is highly overrated.

According to me it is best Indian Food restaurant in Kazakhstan, generous portion size mixed with warm hospitality of the owners make every visit to that place better and better.

As mer my view being a vegetarian quality of Paneer (cottage Cheese) was excellent, Dal Makhni will really make your day and Mulegutwani soup despite of being one of the difficult soup to prepare you guys nailed it.,

If any Indians are Comming to visit Almaty you must visit this Restaurant. Food is very delicious and hospitality is more delicious than that.

If you’re looking for good Indian food, this is the place to be at, squeaky clean place, peaceful vibes, I would recommend 10/10. Also the manager here, Amit, is super helpful, we were on our trip to Almaty, and he helped us with a lot of information, which made our trip pretty fun.

Bit costly. Environment fine. But if they got big team order or buffet they won't serve you if you are soli or small team. They directly tell you to go out.

It is an amazing Indian Restaurant in Almaty, Executive chef Mr. Ashok Khatri is more than talented, he cooks mouth watering food. Ambience of this place is really really mesmerizing, I highly recommend this place if you are in Almaty.

I had a wonderful Chicken Korma. As good as any I have tasted in London. My wife and our friend had Tiger prawns and it to was excellent. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. It restaurant and toilet was very clean. Worth 5 star
