I don't often write reviews, unless its 100 % in the public interest for me to do so. Do yourself a favour and DO NOT use Simple Tax. Matthew from Simple Tax impossible to work with. He is completely uncommunicative, ignores messages and emails. He sends invoices for work that he never completes and then refuses to ever answer the phone. I have never been met with this level of unprofessionalism before . There are hundreds of tax consultants for your small business needs, whatever you do - avoid simple tax, simple.
I always had good results with SimpleTax. Now they appear to have gone through a restructuring of some sort, and I can't get a hold of anyone. 3 emails sent, the last one CCing in everyone still gets no response. Phones go straight to voicemail. An absolute joke of a company with zero customer service that feels less and less like someone who you would want to trust with your tax information.
Rather move your stuff to Accu Financial Services instead. Simple Tax is a bad place..... should not even be open.... changed ownership and went downhill from there...
