To be honest, I was quite leery booking with Sixt at the airport in Wroclaw, especially after reading a number of negative reviews. However, the price the offered for an SUV was so much lower than the other carriers, I decided to take the risk. I'm glad that I did. The service that I received with Sixt was fantastic. The staff who worked at the desk were very friendly, courteous and professional. Unlike a number of people whose reviews I had read, I had no problems with the reservation. I had remembered to bring my rental code from the 3rd party website I had booked through, as the website suggested. But, as it turns out, I didn't need it. The staff new I was coming. Another issue many people have raised had to do with insurance. I had purchased rental insurance through CAA before we left. I was a little concerned that they wouldn't recognize it, but again, there was no problem. I showed them my insurance certificate (which CAA strongly suggested I do), and there were no problems at all. Once we received our keys, we went out to the parking lot and found our car. We were met at the car by someone from Sixt who did a walk around to ensure there was no damage to the car. This was another area of concern for a number of people, but it wasn't an issue for us. We mentioned a couple of spots where we saw dings, and scuffed paint, and the employee noted them. The car itself was great. It was big enough for the four of us, super comfortable, and performed very well for all 3,000 km we drove during our 3 weeks. I know a lot of people have posted negative reviews, but our experience with Sixt was nothing but positive. I will have no problem renting from them when we visit Poland again.

As a person who travels to Poland regularly, this was my first time I rented a car from Sixt. And I was horribly disappointed. DO NOT RENT FROM SIXT. They are scammers. As mentioned by the other renter, they are not looking out for their customers, and only looking to take your money. Our problem lies in the fact that I did not arrive with an international driver's license, which if it was the law should have prevented us from renting a car period. Yet for a nearly 200% charge, I could technically rent the car. If its against the law to rent a car without a license IT SHOULD BE AGAINST THE LAW. They are using this as a way of charging you, the customer, DOUBLE the original fee. STAY AWAY FROM SIXT, and do business with a more reputable company.

Uważam, że zostałem przez firmę Sixt oszukany. Nie wiem, czy działanie wynikało z niekompetencji pracownika czy było to celowe wyłudzenie. Zostałem obciążony kosztami, za uszkodzenie pod zderzakiem, którego nie mogłem spowodować. Ponadto nie mogłem też udowodnić, że auto było już uszkodzone gdy je odbierałem, gdyż moje zdjęcia nie obejmowały podwozia auta. Porada: 1. Unikać wypożyczalni sixt na lotnisku we Wrocławiu 2. nigdy nie ufać obsłudze i dokładnie sprawdzać auto uwzględniając nawet elementy niewidoczne (polecam poczytać jak sprawdza się auta w wypożyczalniach)

From all the places we rented a car this one is the worst! FB keeps showing me adds for them and people leave the worst comments about their experience. I have no idea how they are staying in business. PS: I already contacted the customer service on the day that we had the horrible experience. We had to cancel our rental and it took us 3.5 hours to find a new car. All of this after 10 hours international travel with 1 year old twins.

Horrible service. Trying to upsell the insurance for $40 per day because we have American drivers license. We were supposed to pay $120 for 3 days and $120 insurance in 100% mark up. Completely insane . Waisted 1 hour coming here . End up getting a car from a different rent a car place for $120 with insurance already included. Stay away from this location and spend your money else where :

When I travel to Wroclaw I always Rent my Cars with Sixt. Friendly staff at the Counter and great Service, very fast and also great rates. Again End of May we had a great experience, even the system was on maintenance when we arrived. I do not understand IT people doing this. The couple in front of took a taxi to wroclaw. We wer a little bit more relaxed and the system went up again.

Piotr was super awesome. I have a delayed flight to Wroclaw which arrived 00:15 and Sixt closing hours was at 23:45. I have called Sixt office and explained to him and he told me "no worries sir I wait for you" when I arrived the system was down but he did everything to help me and do all as intended. I received great service from Mateusz. I showed up earlier than expected, and he helped me with ensuring my reservation was correct with the right insurance package. He warned me of the new traffic laws that came into effect recently also. I have always been satisfied with Sixt. They have good, clean cars and great service.

They are scammers, they lied to my face saying that they were not going to charge me a thing and in the end they did. I also delivered the car perfectly and 4 days later they told us that we had to pay 200 euros for a scratch that was not there, very suspicious. I will never trust this company again.

After having tried worldwide car rental services for many years, I can definitely say that Sixt is among the best you can find! Wroclaw airport booth is indeed one of their best, professional and relaxed staff together with a pleasing upgrade, what can you ask more? Suggested!

Złodziejska firma , wynajęłam Auto na 4 dni za kwotę 2600 euro , przed oddaniem zatankowałem a oni mi policzyli dodatkowo 1,6 euro za 1 litr paliwa i 25 EURO za usługę tankowania , jesteś klientem VIP, nie polecam złodzieje

Przyjazny, uprzejmy i pomocny personel. Wszystkie auta są nowe, czyste i pachnące. Bardzo długie godziny otwarcia i szeroki wybór różnych grup samochodów sprawia, że korzystam z Sixt bardzo często. Zdecydowanie POLECAM !

Person with the name Bartlomie tried to upsell extra insurance for additional $120. When I asked to show that in the company policies he started arguing with me in rude manner and refused in service.

Przemiła obsługa, bezproblemowy wynajem. Wszystko na wysokim poziomie, bus wynajęty czysty, sprawny. Obsługa poszła w kilku sytuacjach na rękę mimo kryzysowej sytuacji :) Serdecznie polecam!

The car had no problems and was very new. We received free upgrade to larger car and staff member explained everything. It was the cheapest provider to use. I would happily use them again.

Polecam wypożyczalnie Sixt. Bez problemów można z nimi dogadać się. Mają świetne auta. Wypożyczałam pierwszy raz i wszystko zostało mi wytłumaczone tak że nie miałam żadnych pytań.

Na lotnisku Wrocław bardzo miła obsługa i bardzo dobre ceny. Pewnie nie zawsze tak dobrze można trafić ale otrzymaliśmy samochód o klasę lepszy niż zamówiony.

Zdecydowanie polecam wypożyczalnię SIXT we Wrocławiu. Dostałem bardzo dobrą ofertę za świetne auto. Samochód bardzo czysty w środku i na zewnątrz. Polecam!

Super serwis, piekne autko. Szkoda ze nie maja elektrycznych na flocie(Tesla,BMW i3 Rex) bo chetnie bym doplacil za opcje bez spalin i paliwa.
