I had informed the service provider of the homestay beforehand but he didn't provide the room after taking money also. He was supposed to provide the room earlier if he takes RM 100 extra. He had taken the money but provided the room just 1 hr before. Fully cheater. From 9 am to 2pm I was roaming on road in sunny morning. He had promised me to provide room at 10am which is recorded with me but he didn't keep his word. Such a fraud. Cheater. Otherwise room was good. It was a big suit. He has not refunded till date my RM 200 deposit. Biggest fraud ever. Already I had informed them but still they made us stand on road from 9am to 2pm. I have all the chats. Biggest fraud ever.

Last Thursday I and my fmly book at sky appmnt..this is honestly review the environment specifically toilet horrible cleanness wise teruk..who is the owner this apartment,pls go N spot check laa..u guys just don't bother and agent bangla taking over the service. Horrible nite can't sleep scary place...owner of this apmnt pls go and check wheater pls rooms are clean or not...eiyoooo teruk laa guys....and cant imagine bangle is agent..NO STARS AT ALL.pls take note.this is floor 49 which we stay last week and room no 1..scary no cleanness at all

Took 200MYR deposit and still has not refunded it - 2 months later. Has stopped replying to messages and as they demanded the deposit in cash there is no paper trail. Very very scammy. Also a very weird check in procedure to essentially smuggle you in via their car so the concierge does not see you as the property does not allow airbnb or short term stays. Incredibly shady and stinks of a con. Honestly save yourself the bother and book somewhere else so you don't have your money stolen.

مكان سيء جداً جداً جداً متسخ للغاية وجدت صرصار وكذلك وزغة الخدمات سيئة لايوجد مسبح الغرف رائحتها كريهة الغرف تكييفها سيء لا يوجد لوبي للاستقبال العامل الذي تنسق معه السكن يستقبلك في الخارج عند الشارع وطريقة الدخول من الباركنق ٨ ادوار ثم تصل للاصنصنير الدي سياخذك للشقة جداً سيء ولا انصح بالتعامل معهم على الطلاق

Love the place and environment. Comfortable stay ever, the place is clean and very near to Twins tower and city area. Also, it the nicest suites we have stayed in. Bathroom size and layout was also excellent.

This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway in KL. The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in.

A superb location, well decorated, cozy, clean, spacious and economic home stay that is worth to rent and stay for a trip with family and friends.

Overall is good choice for family stay, more convenient as got simple kitchen, nearby KLCC area. Not too far to LRT.
