most of the employees we had interaction with were rude. we had a party goer not even get wristbands and didn't even get to jump even though it was paid for. all of us had to ask for socks like we didn't pay for those either. The staff were no where to be found when we had come up to the lobby to see when our stuff was getting taken to the party room. Party started at 12:30.. a group of staff were found in an office all gossiping and not running the front counter. when we found the staff and asked them about moving our stuff since it was unatteneded in the lobby and i'm assuming the "manager" (different colored shirt) was very rude and said she was not moving our stuff in the room until 1:30. It was 1:10ish at the time. she also stated she wasn't responsible for our stuff on their party cart so if no one was at the front desk and someone took our stuff Oh well. about 5 or so minutes later a girl was wheeling our cart down to the room and we were allowed in the room. The staff member Allyson was the only person that was nice and helpful to us. Manager also told a 9 year old they were not allowed to play on the toddler course. the 9 yo was helping a 2 year old. and the side of the blow up course even permitted parents to get on to help toddlers. Honestly rudest person i have ever had to deal with when it came to running a place that is full of kids. rude rude rude. Spend your money elsewhere

I would give this place a zero star if we had one. We got treated terribly with some of the staff starting from the birthday party host, and in the play areas. We got to the party room and that staff left in the middle of serving pizza, not saying a word. Coming in and out not saying a word. In the play area you have to pay your ticket and your child’s ticket(1-3 year olds) in order to jump together or play with your child. You are not allowed to walk inside their equipment to protect your children from getting injured from other kids if not paid for yourself and your child is playing inside the equipment. One staff lady was soo rude, soo mean to us. She kept coming to us in a rude/mean way! Treated us like criminals I would say! She told us to leave at 6pm even though we got 30mins extra promotion time. I paid $397 for only 1 hour(lost 30 mins checking in) at the play area and another hour at the party room for the kids to enjoy but turned out to be a horrible experience. I would never ever go back there. I wanted my son to have a different experience of a birthday party coz normally we go to urban air. Will surely go back to urban air where they treat there customers with respect and great service.

Had my son's birthday her last weekend. We had been a couple times before but usually go to the south location. Our party room floors were so gross. My shoes felt like they were sticking to the ground. There were no staff on the floors to watch the kids. We had parents from our party working the Zipline. Which was fine for the kids in our party but not for every child there. There is also an area where you can swing from a bar into the pit. There is a large pole that is used to pull the bar towards the child so they can each it. There were no employees there and kids were jousting each other and shoving each other off the side. So the kids that wanted to use it correctly could not. There were stations shut down because we were told there isn't enough staff to have everything open. We were told there was no staff but yet I counted 5 behind the counter socializing. I feel like maybe they should of paid for my birthday party since we were the ones helping all the children because they weren't. And I don't just mean the kids in my group. Staff was very unprofessional and seemed like they had no idea where they needed to be. Very disappointed.

The front counter was understaffed. 1 person checking in a lobby full of people! We waited FOREVER to get checked in. Well over 30 minutes. By the time we actually got into our party room, we had literally half of our reservation left. The pizza was awful and slow. It took most of the remaining 30 minutes to get our 2 pizzas. When our time was up, staff member after staff member kept coming into our room telling us we needed to leave. The first person to come in and tell us to leave, we asked if we could at least do the cake and candles real quick. She said yes. Then every 1 - 2 minutes after being told yes, another staff member came in. At about the 10 minute mark, the manager came in. So $350+ to wait in the lobby for half of our reservation, then be rushed to leaved. And yes, we showed up a little early to get checked in. Didn't matter. Do yourself a favir and don't waste your time and money to be treated so awful. Plan your birthdays somewhere else!

GO TO URBAN AIR INSTEAD OF THIS HORRIBLE BUSINESS- How this business is still in operation amazes me. Whoever is in charge of this facility should be fired. The overall staff morale is horrible and their attitudes are even worse. My family was made to feel like criminals for trying to enjoy areas of the facility that were closed (unbeknownst to us as there are no closure signs- staff said “this area is closed for a reason” as if we were supposed to just KNOW THIS. Every staff member just watches guests for a chance to assert their first time authority when it comes to socks, sitting down, sitting in a massage chair that has a one way viewing sign that warns of an alarm if sitting without paying for the chair. Every corrective comment or staff action is carried out with the rudest tone and demeanor that can be summoned. I will never again waste my money on this business.

This place is crazy.... Came to enjoy a birthday party but that didn't happen ... the kids that came with us only got a few jumping minutes and the lady upfront took forever checking us in that we pretty much used half of our jumping minutes.... Besides that drama wasn't a big fan of the food I just ate dipping dots and a nasty slice of pizza that's wasn't cooked all the way!!!!!I won't go here for a party if you wanting to spend lots of money and a nasty experience.....another thing most of the staff there are rude...I was in a area to get my cousin and one of the staff looked at me and said your jumping time is up in a rude way ..... I hope I never go back there again!!!!!!!don't go here if you want all your money taken and rude workers to deal with!!!!!!!

Update: Definitely recommend! My son's party went pretty smoothly. They have a neat system to keep things organized. Our hostess was young, but extremely nice & helpful. She did a wonderful job with keeping the pitchers filled for the kids, our food was out at the exact time, & she instantly cleaned up the spill that one of the kids had. All the kids seemed to have a good time. It was extremely reasonable with the price too! My son is already looking forward to going again. ---- Overall it seems pretty clean. It has been packed, the 2 times I've been there. My youngest son loves it here, so we are going to have his birthday party here. All the employees have been very friendly. Definitely recommend & we will be returning!

Went there and not even 10 mins of jumping and my son was sick and not a little sick but everywhere! I wanted to help clean up but needed to tend to my son. The girls there working where so sweet and understanding. They told me they had it under control so I took my son to the bathroom to clean him up. When we walked back out there was another girl who was looking for us with drink in her hand for my son. They also gave my money back so we could come back another night. I was very impressed by the way they handled the entire situation. I will recommend coming to this sky zone for now on.

Kids love it! They've got deals through the week making it more affordable. Have also found good 'group on' deals, as well. Place is kept up well. Many different activities, not just trampolines. Has concession stand with normal unhealthy fare. A few healthier choices would be a nice addition. But it's not a food joint, so won't hold that against them. Also, I've texted a question through this specific locations website and they answered almost immediately.

This place is good but price was high and they have limited time. I found better places and prices. It’s urban air is so much better than sky zone and so much better prices n not a limited time that mean when my are tired go back home than my kids are happy. When I go to sky zone I bought 2 hr ticket when time up my kids was still wanted to play more but they can’t so they have upset and angry with me and go home no happy. Bye sky zone.

Yet even after spending nearly 800 dollars on a Birthday party 6 months ago the coupons I received for 30 free minutes of jump time were void . The have also increased the price from 10 dollars per half hour to 20 dollars per half hour. 100% increase for the same privileges.

We went to the sky zone on Southport to celebrate a birthday. The place is nice, but there is this lady sooo rude. The way she tell people anything is extremely rude. It's like she was just looking for anything to complain. If it wasn't for her we would have a perfect time. You need to make sure to enforce your workers to be respectful to people.

If I could give this place a 10 i would. We have been going through alot recently and had some free tickets and decided to come up here for kids fall break and this place was so so much fun and the employees were all amazing and so sweet the General manager is doing a great job. Keep up the great work INDY SKYZONE SOUTH WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK

We will NEVER go to Skyzone again. Ever. My 9yr old has 3rd degree burns on her bottom from the “new” slides they’ve added and is in terrible pain. I notified a manager who basically just said “sorry.” This is unexceptional!!

My son has autism and sometimes it’s hard to find a place where he can be himself and have enough room. This was absolutely perfect! This place was packed with kids on a Saturday night and it’s so big he still could find a room he wouldn’t fall over on people LOL. Staff is amazing and efficient and the sky zone was impeccably clean!

Very bad policies and bad behavior..not allowing my kid to play just bcz she is not wearing skyzone socks however she has antislip socks and not even allowing us to watch her..we have to be outside..not recommend this to anyone.

Very fun! They have a huge facility with many things to do. Aside from the giant trampolines, they also have a basketball court, game area, and concessions room. They have trampoline dodge ball as well as an obstacle course. It is a bit of a splurge though, but it's worth it for the facilities and super kind staff.

One of the larger locations. They have a ton of activities. We almost lost one of our kids, but we alerted the staff and it took the less than 5m to find her (hiding in the photo booth.)

Too bad we have a membership at the north location and the whole place was rented out for a private party on a Thursday night. So after driving my autistic child 30 mins just to be turned away at the door is bogus!! Why am I paying for this membership and we can't get in on a random night of the week?!

Great place and roomy location. We had our daughter's birthday party there. The host was nice, however, I felt she could've communicated better before leaving the party room to refill drinks etc. She did manage to remind me several times of when I needed to vacate the room. Overall, I would return.

We have memberships so we are frequent flyers... See a lot of same staff and they are all pretty friendly and kind. Always clean place.... Enjoy the membership for sure.

Great time - was there for a birthday party. Facility was clean and well-kept. Lots of employees, and the kids were safe. And lots of fun for kids and parents! There are some seriously challenging courses for adults, all the way to areas for small kids.

Just hosted a party there and all the kids had an absolute blast. There were plenty of staff watching the areas. In our party room the team member checked on us constantly and was very nice. The facility seemed clean and well maintained.

Of course I was there on a one day school holiday with everyone else. Very fun even with the crowds. They did not open the concession stand and it was 11:00! So if you didn't bring your own snack or water you were SOL.

Great pricing on tickets and food! Lots of staff members keeping up on everything. Only one way in and out for kids and you can oversee them from up top if you have multiple. Kids loved it. Definitely come again.

The American Ninja warrior course is pretty awesome, they've got three different levels for different ages. Lockers to secure valuables, concessions, friendly staff that keeps on eye on things. It's a fun place.

My son went here for his buddy's birthday party. It is so nice to sit back and watch while the staff takes care of them. This is my sons favorite place. Always a good time.

They have added some new equipment since last time 10-12 months. Well staffed great place to let your kids or grandsons let off some energy and work on balance skills.
