Lovely suit shop with tonnes if variety and fantastic staff. Went in with my old man today to find a suit for him for my wedding next month. I wish I’d gotten the assistant’s name but we were dealt with by a great young lad with tattoos. Extremely polite, professional, efficient, informative and knowledgeable. My dad looked great in his new suit. Unfortunately, my wedding is in January which is out of wedding season so expectedly, there wasn’t much of a selection for myself (my future wife has something very specific in mind!) but if I ever need a suit in future for other occasions, I don’t think there’s anywhere that comes close around here for variety and price so I will definitely be back. Couldn’t recommend enough. Please pass on my thanks to the assistant who dealt with us today, we can’t sing his praises any higher!

Kaiden, Saved the day ! We where just about to walk out of the store Sunfay 01.10.23 after trying to get some help from two other sales assistants that where not interested in helping at all !!. I work in retail myself and to be crystal clear these two where not interested at all, but just heading towards the door Kaiden asked do you need help at all in which I replied YES please. He was so professional his manners just graceful nothing was to much, he measured, pinned no trouble at all. He needs a pay raise if I can score him 1000% I will outstanding, brilliant service SAVED BY KAIDEN! Thank you young man.

Visited this store because I needed to exchange a shirt that was purchased online for a different size, but was unfortunately past the returns window. As it was for a wedding I needed the exact same shirt. This particular branch did not have the shirt that I needed in stock, however they allowed me to exchange the product in store and then arranged for the replacement size to be shipped to my address at no additional cost. Thank you Slaters Birmingham, the staff at this store (in particular the store manager) really went above and beyond to help me where many stores may have just turned me away.

I have been really absolutely delighted with the service I have received from Kamran (Store Manager) at Slater's. Since getting my Groomsmen fitted for their suits and having one small size issue, Kamran has been nothing but attentive and diligent in getting the issue resolved. He has been proactive in getting in contact with me and reassuring that the problem will be resolved. The store itself has a massive range of stock to choose from at sensible prices. I am delighted with the suits I have for my wedding and would like to thank Kamran personally for all his hard work and communication.

Always first class with very attentive staff. Naturally they have one eye on a possible sale but in no way does that seem to impinge on the level of service provided. They also seem to have something for most pallets be they economy ranges or in fact named leading providers of exclusive wear. In my opinion most men would find something that appeals to there individual taste. Obviously I’m not thinking here.about the top 15% of the male population for sure but the majority would be happy to purchase a variety of quality products Above all else the service provided is of the highest order

David & his team we’re fantastic from start to finish sorting out the 7 suits we wanted for our wedding. The service levels & professionalism by everyone in the store is exceptional. I went in to get a suit sorted for an interview last Friday. I was greeted by and helped by friendly store assistants. The service was really top notch. Conner in particularly helped give lots of good advice regarding the fine details of my suit fitting. He was very attentive and I didn't feel pressured at all. I had the suit fitted with adjustments and sent to my home address in Edinburgh within 6 days which is quite remarkable. I will definitely recommend Slaters to anyone.

We went to Slaters on Sunday with a party of 8 to choose wedding suits etc. for a family wedding coming up (with me as referee!). My husband has been going to Slaters for over 20 years and it never disappoints - we had the lovely Kam help us on Sunday, a true professional who was very patient and gave unbiased, calm advice when everyone wanted a say!! Nothing was too much trouble and I only have good things to say about this store and the excellent service they give.

My Fiancee, two elderly dads & myself were here to get suits for our wedding next year. We were hiring the two Dads suits, Mark the suit fitting chap was very helpful, he got both dads looking very sharp & smart in Navy blue suits. Back In March for a fitting rehearsal. I myself bought a gorgeous navy blue 3 piece suit, I was helped to pick the right length size & then it was professionally turned up for me. Service was excellent all round, definately use again.

Today I went into Slaters in Birmingham City Centre. I had the best service from Kamran and I honestly wish that there would be more people like him in the retails sector. He deserves an award for his understanding, superb customer service and truly going above and beyond to ensure my tux fitted right on me. Have been here several times to get different suits, and it's always been a good experience. The staff are polite and helpful, and you can get lovely suits with free tailoring for good prices. Upstairs there is menswear for larger sizes and formal wear that you can hire. There are also various accessories, such as socks, shoes, belts, braces, ties etc. Would always recommend coming here if you want a no fuss well fitting suit, for a good price.

1st Class service !!. I needed a specificsuit as part of a wedding party. Called nearest branch in Reading on a Friday morning, whom located the ONLY remaining size and style in the UK which happened to be in Birmingham. Birmingham staff arranged for the suit to be couriered to me in London, which arrived by 11.15am on Saturday. Wonderfully packaged as if I'd collected it in person. Could of asked for more and would recommend.

Recently visited slaters to get a tuxedo for a wedding, not having a clue about tuxedos I was greeted by Kamran who was brilliant (which is yet an understatement), he had taken time, had a lot of patience, experience and knowledge to help find the right tux and done the fitting with accessories etc and advised on how to carry a tux - definitely recommend this place as the customer service is amazing and great value for money

Fantastic time going here. A big range of suits and accessories to choose from, with amazing customer service, maing you feel like someone from Kingsman . I received help with matching accessories to my suit as well. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a suit. Personally I chose a suit slightly bigger than would fit me perfectly so that I could build muscle and not worry about buying a new suit.

Visited Slaters Birmingham a week ago and bought a new suit. A great store with very helpful and friendly assistants who make you feel at ease. Good advice on matching shirt and tie to compliment suit. Trousers needed some adjustment and exactly one week later have taken delivery of suit duly altered. Have just tried suit, shirt and tie on and I am more than pleased with the result. Would definitely recommend.

Just been in and bought a suit for my daughters wedding. Great choice, very helpful no pressure. Measured when I got there, then pointed to the rights sizes. Once I'd picked one and tried it on, one of the staff members checked if it needed adjusting. This is a free service. I needed an inch off the jacket and trousers. They will call me when it's done. Great service highly recommended.

No customer service. Ladies at the shirt department stand there chatting. All shirts are not in size order, so you are looking around for the size you want. The lady serving a gentleman on a wheelchair was rood to him. My son asked to try a particular size. She gave him a near size, which is absolutely stunk of other people trying it. She said, "Just try this. Very disappointing.

There was an Asian man who works there who goes by the name Imran , was very good , professional, very helpful. We did a last minute suit shopping and we fully was stressing about the decisions. But thanks to Imran he made it run smooth and we accomplished getting the suit and items we needed . Thanks imran honestly if it wasn’t for you we would have been stuck.

Chose a suit with the help of Akeem, he very quickly (within 10 mins) got the trousers altered free of charge. Then onto the shirt, tie, pocket hanky, shoes and socks. Perfect for my sons prom and all in for an incredible £230. We’re over the moon with the quality, value for money and service. Thank you Slaters, you now out go to for all of the above!

My lovely husband has just died. He always bought his jackets and suits at Slaters. We both greatly appreciated the excellent staff's help in getting a good fit at a reasonable price; alterations were always dealt with very efficiently. Had a great experience first time around. However, recently returned here to find a suit for my wedding and had a terrible experience. One staff member was particularly unhelpful, clock-watching and didn't listen to anything I was trying to explain to him. Will not be returning here again.

Men paradise. Suits of all prices, colors and brands. Good value, usually better than moss bros & others. Alterations are included in price but I had to wait 7 days so you better buy your suit with some weeks before you actually need it. Staff are helpful.
