"I did not use my "smaash" card for more than 6 months due to some travel out of state and it already has 2k+ value in it which has expired (stupid strategy) and moreover, TODAY(June 23) when I tried to recharge the same card, front desk people mentioned that card also expired not eligible for recharge for which they mentioned that, I have to pay 1500 for card as a min amount and that too it will be void if there is no transaction for 6 months"
