Great experience. Good facilities. We had our boat stored here for years. For a period of time we chose not to store it on site, but we kept paying fees as we liked the facilities and didn’t want to lose our spot in case we came back. Neil was nice enough to call to remind us and wanted to double check that we hadn’t forgotten to cancel our storage spot. He also arranged an easy to park location as our boat is very big and awkward to park. I would definitely go back again.

We highly recommend Smart Storage World for all your storage requirements. The facility is very secure, clean and well maintained. The business is run by Neil & Bob and they can’t do enough to help. We stored our caravan with them for some time and now our RV and recently they arranged a shipping container for us. We have stored our caravan at Smart Storage World for 12 months before we left for our trip throughout Australia. The van was safe as the site is well secured. We were able to access the van using a passcode which increased the security. We had total peace of mind. The storage site is clean and well organized and the staff are very helpful. We are hoping to store our caravan there again upon our return.

Such an easy and secure storage location. Easy because everyone is so helpful and easy to along with. Also easy as it’s just off the freeway. Secure due to the facilities installed. I stored my belongings with smart storage world for 3 months, during this time I received friendly and informative service. The pricing is very competitive, in fact it’s the best in the area. Have stored our caravan here for a few years. Very clean safe secure and well set out for easy access. After hours security access very easy and user friendly. We have moved to the Bellarine or would have happily stayed here. Managers were great to deal with. Thanks Neil definitely worry free storage.

I found Smart Storage in Keilor Park Drive excellent. The access is quick and logical. The storage locker we were given was spotless. The locking mechanism is easy to use. Exit procedure simple as the entry process. Plenty of space for vehicle access. Overall excellent.
