Booked an appointment for scaling, must say this is by far the nicest setup and decorated dentist clinic I have come across. They even have mini claw machine and nintendo switch play area and I can already see why kids wouldn't mind coming to get their teeth checked. Registration done through QR, don't be afraid to fill up personal details as the dentist Dr Tiew will be able to give you better advice on how to care for your teeth and gum. Scaling is quick and they will show you the teeth condition through a screen. Painless and very skillful despite dentist looking young. Staffs are friendly and helpful throughout so a 5 star for that. Bought 2 toothbrushes on recommendation as well. Gave me free gift as a new customer too! I'm sorry but I can't recommend Dr. Tiew. The place is very well renovated but that's about the only compliment I have for this place. Dr. Tiew is way too quiet for a medical professional - she gives you short and direct answers without explaining all the possible options and she doesn't take patient care seriously. Instead of explaining to you herself on oral care, she leave it to the receptionist to do the explanation. Her rates are also one of the highest around town. Only after visiting another dentist elsewhere I could do the comparison and see the world of difference Dr. Tiew was vs the other dentist. Mediocre dental treatment at a premium price is what I will say of Smile Dental Clinic. A quick look at the reviews and I found more than 50 of these reviews are people with just one review giving 5 star... So go figure...

A very children friendly dentist and dental clinic. Dr. Tiew makes sure your child is relax and not anxious before starting any procedure. She explains how the tools and equipment operates, in order to distract the child’s attention but most importantly to gain the child’s trust in her. Dr. Tiew is also very professional in providing her advice on treatments and procedures required. It was supposed to be just a small little tooth extraction for my daughter, but ended up all 4 of us had our teeth checked, scaled and filled. It was a pleasant and great experience for the whole family. Well done Dr. Tiew!

Today is so happy Friday. I went to a few dental clinic staying Malaysia, but I feel nice is the first time. I consider where I go to which dental clinic because so painful now a days. And I visited the dental clinic near my condo. Young Doctor and staff so friendly and very professional. Feels like a Korean Dental clinic and I feel very comforted. Systems looks new and Dr. Tiew explained so kind. I'd like to introduce to my friend if someone needs a dental clinic. Glad to have known good dental clinic today. Comfy and welcoming dental clinic. Has a really chic and relaxing ambience. Dr. Tiew did a scope before the scaling process and explained the condition of my teeth. Scaling and polishing was done gently with the least discomfort. Dental assistant did a good job working alongside the Dr, taking care of saliva suction and wiping away access fluids. Dr. Tiew also willingly shared braces options to suit my teeth and was very transparent with the costing. Glad to have access to advanced dental solutions with knowledgeable and kind dental team in the neighbourhood.

I've always have a fear of sitting onto a dentist chair but my recent trip to SMILE Dental Clinic for tooth extraction diminished that fear forever. Excellent experience with this dental clinic. Staff were very professional and friendly. Soothing environment with a lot of considerate details for anxious patients of children. The waiting room was elegant and well designed, I felt calm immediately when I entered. There were cute stress toys and a separate game area with console games. Very family friendly dentist. I happened to witness a mom with 2 kids ahead of me and they were a bit nervous at first but the staff handled them well. Would recommend!

This afternoon went for tooth filling, DR.Tiew did a detail checking on my tooth, She did dental filling in steady and painless way, she will also adjust on it based on our response. After that, Dr.Tiew also provide knowledgeable explanation on tooth whitening concerns. Thier staff are friendly and helpful. As a summary, overall experience are nice.

First time here as it's just a few blocks down my place, and decided to go since it's way past time for a dental checkup. The doctor did a thorough scaling and handled it well. It's a small place with only one assistant but they're very accommodating. The price seemed reasonable. Guess I'll be going back for a consistent dental checkup from now on.

It was my girl 1st experience to see a dentist and she was quite nervous. Dr Tiew explained so nicely to her that she didn't feel nervous after that. If you are bringing your child 1st time to see a dentist. I would recommend this place. There is a tv screen on the ceiling to distract her as well.

The doctor and nurse are great with kids and adults alike. Love that the doctor has a very gentle and thoughtful approach when speaking to you. It's a great place to go to. Just make sure you schedule to reach earlier than your treatment because its a bit of a challenge to get parking in the area.
