Do not come here, please. This place is total scam. I had my teeth done a year ago. Within two days one tooth broke off while eating sushi roll. I went back they said it was the bite. I had it redone, I was in Mexico and all three teeth in the back of my mouth broke off. I live in Canada so I could not go back at that point. I informed them what happened. They said they would pay for my flight and hotel, if I came back. They never did. I went back a year later and they told me they would redo all my top teeth. I had them redone. I was coming back on the plane and I heard a few crack but I didn’t see anything yet. I went to my dentist here and they told me they did my root canal with crown on top of it wrong. The crown was not put on properly. I got X-rays where it shows that the crown is open so food can get in. I have to get that redone. Then the one tooth on the right back side cracked off just 2 months after getting my teeth done. All I did was chew gum. These are very weak teeth, you can not eat anything, I have to only eat soft stuff and still they are cracking. When I informed them, they try to say I ate something too hard when I have not at all. It’s an excuse, they also tried to blame me, when I have never had this happen with any of the teeth that I got from other doctors. They scammed me out of 20 thousand doctors. Now I have to get them all re done in Canada. When I tried telling them about some of the issues they send me ads and pretend they Dont know anything.

I like my results now, but I definitely wouldn’t have came here if I could redo it. Everyone was kind and super nice. The office was clean but super cold. Even with 2 blankets I was freezing and considering your mouth is open for 7 hours, coldness is gonna bother you so much. Dr Montoya does not actually do your teeth he just takes picture with you for 5 minutes before and after to post on his story. They don’t tell you that he isn’t the one to do them when you’re booking the appointment. I paid 10k (I came told I was only going to be paying $7000 but once I got there they changed it which I’m glad I had extra money because imagine I didn’t and just didn’t know? His employees are the ones to do your teeth and some of them fairly new. The price was too much for someone random, who’s work I’ve never seen to do them. The price also doesn’t included ANYTHING. I wish I knew there were other really good places in cali that only charge $5k and they include the hotel, flight, and driver. Also once u send the $500 they don’t answer you until literally a couple weeks before your appointment. They are quick to take your money but won’t text you back once you give them your money. I had to wait months to get a response and I only got an answer because I commented on their Instagram post and I don’t think they wanted people to know.

I am so proud and blessed to say I am a part of the Billon Dollar Smile Family. I don't even know where to start this review at. I will first start by saying the Dr. Montoy is the best at what he does there is not another Dr, in the industry that compares to him. He is so knowledgeable and humble. I am normally a very shy and reserved but I was so comfortable the moment that I walked into his office. Now not only is Dr. Montoya amazing but his staff is out of this world amazing. My absolute two favorite staff members of his are Paula and David. David takes the best pics and videos of you. and Paula that is my girl she is just so nice caring and knowledgeable as well. She will truly treat you like family. What Dr Montoya did for me was give me the smile I used to dream about having and even the confidence. Now people see me they don't see my frowning they always see me smiling. Thank you Dr Montoya for all the amazing work you do and just for being you.

If you want to get your teeth done this is the BEST place to come for exceptional service and an unforgettable experience. My mom and I are so happy with her results. Where do I start!!!! I went to Dr. Montoya looking for a miracle and he did not disappoint. I got my veneers done in the DR a year and a half ago and within one year, my mouth was horrendous. I made the decision to invest in myself and go to Dr. Mario Montoya because I saw his videos, read his reviews and did my research. His entire staff was amazing! Everyone was kínd, knowledgeable, and qualified. I gave them my expectations for my smile and they met every single one of my requests. I am beyond happy and I highly recommend that if you are looking to get a wonderful experience and an amazing smile, doña waste your time going anywhere else!

Dr. Montoya and his amazing staff of dentists and support staff are amazing! Getting my porcelain veneers was an amazing process and I felt supported the entire way. The hotel was nice and speaking English was not a huge problem. Use Google Translate to communicate with the local natives. The dentists were very efficient and worked hard to ensure that you leave with your dream smile! I highly recommend Dr. Mario and he and his staff will take great care of you, even if you travel alone! Enjoy Cali Colombia and be sure to smile every chance you get!

I had the best experience at Smiles by Mario Montoya! The entire team is so nice, the facility is very clean, and I love my teeth! The team worked so hard day and night to make sure I was satisfied. There so much I could say about the staff, they ALL were awesome! One thing I would suggest to patients is to wear extra clothing when going in for your procedure. Like all doctor’s offices, it’s very cold! Overall, this place is definitely 10/10!

Great experience. Helpful staff. Left the office after my veneers were done. A couple hours later I noticed a few changes I wanted to make. The doctors office accommodated same day. The dentist came back same day at 9pm to make the changes. I left 100% satisfied. They mean what they say. They want you to leave with a smile you love

The communication was great, very informative, I had my own personal driver, who picked me up from airport, restaurants, shopping, and to my appointment. Everyone was friendly, warm and welcoming.
