Still gonna give this place 5 stars because the store director is doing an amazing job. Store is clean and full of items you need. Loved visiting it. Found so many great deals. Witnessed a rude employee along the way. Not sure who Lynn is but she shouldn't speak to people like she did. She has a nasty attitude. Felt bad for the employee being spoke to like that on the sales floor and then the customer she spoke to afterwards. Moving on. One suggestion might be to check the drink coolers by the starbucks or have the vendors check up on them more frequently. Bought some drinks that were expired. My fault for not checking because I was distracted. Also the restroom situation. My father needed to use it and one side of the store was closed. The other side he walked to and ask the pharmacy if they knew the code or could call to send someone. They stated they didn't and he had to wait for someone to come. He waited 10 minutes for someone to come open it for him. Being elderly and disabled that was a bit of disappointment. But back to the great things about this store. We were helped by a worker who was doing orders. She was extremely helpful in pointing us in the direction of the birthday candles. Think her name was Nadine but if not I apologize. She was great. Being from out of town and not knowing where things are can drag out a shopping experience but she was super helpful so that we were not going in circles. We used self checkout because the there wasn't many lines open so we didn't have a cashier interaction. But great store. When we visit family again this will be our go to store.

[Above all, will I be back?] It is a fancy version of normal Smith's. This place is awesome! 20 out of 10!!! I could have been here more often if this place was near my place but totally worth the drive lol 1. Ambience It is a huge place with an extensive product selection from bakery, pharmacy, office supplies to clothing, toys,,,... which is similar to Target plus a bar!!!! It is clean and well lit, well organized. 2. The bar This bar is my favorite part of this location. Wine and beers with about 20-30 occupancy are available, draft beers are usually $2-$4!!!! Great price for people who wants a couple of beers after work or take a break from home lol The bartender is always nice and friendly. There is a trivia night. 3. Hygiene The shelf were not dusty, floor was clean. I love it! 4. Restroom U need a code to the keypad. It was clean and well maintained. Gender separated. 5. Location There are only 2 Smith's Marketplaces in Vegas Valley for now. This is in Kyle Canyon (North Las Vegas), easy access from US 95 North and the other one is in Henderson. 6. Parking It is in the shopping plaza so there is a plenty of parking. ** If this review was helpful, please vote :) @juxycat **

Update 8/18/23: Still very clean. This store has everything! I also added some photos of a few my favorite things, and things I think it’s pretty cool that they have. ___________ My favorite grocery store in the area. Huge, clean, helpful employees. Even with all the traffic they have coming through there they manage to keep things clean like the sit down eating area by Starbucks. And they keep reasonable options for special diets like organic and gluten free. Excellent pharmacy staff - best anywhere! My only complaint I was disappointed to see the blood pressure etc. monitor machine removed. It was the cleanest machine in the area and I looked forward to getting an accurate blood pressure reading every time I visited the store. Maybe they will add a new one from a different company?

I frequent this store a few times a week, but after today that is going to change. After spending 30 minutes shopping for my groceries it was time to check out. Problem was there were no cashiers. I found 2 workers who looked like they were cashiers and asked if they planned on opening any lanes. They said self-checkout is open. I said "i don't work here". I asked again, "is there anyone to ring up the groceries." The lady then says "all you have to do is scan the items." I again replied "I don't work here. Smith's does NOT pay me to ring up groceries, that's what they pay you for". Until i get an employee paycheck and or discount I'll never go back to this store. I'm going to encourage all my friends and family to visit Albertsons right down the street.

This review is very late, but I'm writing it now! Me and two other family members were one of the first people who entered this amazing store for the grand opening. Everything was STOCKED, the shelves were uninterrupted by customers. This store has a giant variety of items. You can buy groceries, toys, clothes, shoes, phone accessories (not too many), and many other things. It was very busy during the grand opening. We are still visiting this grocery store, since it's very close to our house (within walking distance). Overall, the store is very clean, the prices are great, there is a huge variety of options, and the staff there are always very kind to us. (I may update this review in the future.)

The new cooler doors are the dumbest thing I've seen. There's advertising flashing on all of them and you can't see what's in them until you actually open the door. There's also the privacy concerns of the cameras in each door selling recordings of everyone walking by for advertising analytics. I block advertisers and trackers on all my devices due to privacy concerns and now I'm not even safe from data brokers at the grocery store?

We were checking out local places while visiting family on this trip. I was told Smith's would be a good grocery store to stop at to get whatever you needed. That was very true! Even items I didn't know I needed! Ready to go food and bakery made for a great impromptu lunch on Mt. Charleston! Very impressed with the options and selections. Every worker that we talked to just made the experience better!

They have this chicken place next to twisted sugar and they advertised $5 chicken plates. However, they were out of fried chicken breast and the worker was not allowed to give me a baked breast with the rest fried. I mean where's the autonomy or empowerment to allow this employee to make decisions like this for the good will of the customer. This would be an easy win for the store and the customer.

Most recent Smith’s to open in Skye Canyon. The store is big and offers everything from groceries to prescriptions to clothes. The store is clean. The staff are friendly. If you’re looking for it, you more than likely will find it here. If you’re in the area, stop by and check it out for yourself. Easy access from US 95 North.

Amazing! Food, office supplies, clothing, toys, beauty products and more. This place has it all. They have beer on tap! Yes! They have that too. Beautifully setup, great selection of products not seen at other Smiths stores. I love the produce section. It's an experience and a must see. Totally worth the drive.

Great location right off the 95 Fwy North. I first walked in and thought wow this is big and noticed the clothing and patio furniture. This location is similar to their East coast stores (Kroger-FredMyers). I noticed lots of variety from food, housewares, clothing, ect. You will find what you're looking for.

Location is nice like most smiths. I’m not sure if all smiths have a bar section inside but they do have good deals for a drink. Overall this location was very clean and stocked well. Staff was friendly even though they seemed very busy. Great place to atleast check out.

Best Smith's Ever! This one is new, clean, huge, and has a great selection on everything. It even has a clothing section. Inside there is a little courtyard with tables so you can eat. They also a bar where they sell wine and beer. This is our new, favorite Smith's.

  • Carlos Estrada

This is a great place to shop. So many items. Fully stocked. Has a deli, fried chicken, a bakery, a bar, Starbucks, and all sorts of food items. All house and cooking needs. Toys. Fairly new. A second location is going up near Raiders HQ in Henderson.

In my opinion the best supermarket in town! I love hitting the bar in there for an outrageously inexpensive but good beer or glass of wine before getting groceries. The meat, seafood, cheese, veggies, fruit, etc. always looks and tastes

This has got to be the best Smith's grocery store I've ever been to! Not only is it well stocked with a great variety of products like you are used to and have come to expect, but there's a bar inside! Brilliant!

I would give 0 stars if I could , went in today for some drinks and got profiled and harrased by some white "manager" lady named Lynn! Would not recommend this store !

  • g gerl

Spoke too soon earlier that I had found the biggest nicest Smiths, this is actually the One. It even has a space with a tap roomish with beer and wine by the glass.

  • Randy atGmail

About time. Not forced to shop Walmart for an 'everything' trip. Smiths Marketplace will have apparel, restaurants, food bars, and many more things to explore.

  • A.G. Rich

If you're a married man who hates going grocery shopping. This is the store for you. A bar by the meat section with televised sports. Genius, watch out walmart

  • Bronte McQuade

This is the most amazing Smith's I've ever been to. It's huge, fully stocked, and lots of options. The self check out lady was nice too.

  • Victoria Beko

The store is beautiful, but the helpers in the self checkout acted like it was a pain to get off of their phones and help.

  • April Tomlin
