It was my first time going to a spa, the masseuse just gave me a NET BOXER to wear, I truly didn't know if I had to take off my boxers too or not, so I asked her and she was okay no need sir and she took away the NET BOXER. When the massage was done, she said "done" and she was leaving the room. So as a 1st timer, I asked her: "Shall I just wear my clothes and leave?" She said yes and she left. So I did put my clothes on and left, to find out later that my clothes are full of spots of oil (where I didn't know that my body still has that much oil on). When I called Soul Senses to tell them about this, the guy there started arguing with me and trying to put the blame on me and that it's my fault since they have the option of taking a shower, whereas, how in ***** would I know that there is this option since it was my first time and noooo ONE mentioned or asked me if I would like to take a shower, or even told me :"sir, you'd better take a shower because your body is still full of oil" But NO, the guy on the phone insisted on making it MY fault. Anyway, my shorts are ruined now

The massage takes another level here. Nice staff at the reception, The most important thing is that it is clean, and that they wash their hands before moving on to the face and head (never seen that before at other institutes) many stars ⭐️ for that. Goes for a massage almost every week. This week it was Kuki who took care of me and Ja my husband. These girls work wonders. Thank you so much

Soul Senses Spa & Wellness in Oaks Hotel is my favorite massage place. They select carefully their therapists. The therapists have knowledge and show care about your current myoskeletal issues. My therapist is Ann, I don’t need to refer to her my issues, she just touches the muscles and she heals them. Little treat: at the end of the session you get a delicious ginger tea and nuts.

Me and the wife had a full-body, deep-tissue, holistic treatment of Balinese Massage. The masseuses that gave us the therapy are very good. They know and feel where to hit the spot, when to hit hard and when to soften up! Our body needed that much more than we know. The ginger tea was something extra that makes a good thing even better. Hands down highly recommended.

Wow ! We had 6 hrs our massages during our week stay at then Oaks and I have to say not only was it great value for money the masseuses were amazing.. for my final hour which I used today I had the very best massage I’ve ever had.. Ann was superb and i strongly recommend both her and the whole team at soul senses spa at the oaks.. you will not be disappointed!

After 20km run on the treadmill, my body needed a proper massage. I opted for Deep Tissue with Ann and what a delightful 90 mins of treatment I had. She is very good with her skill and has strong hands to ease the muscles of their tension. I am walking out with no pain and ready to run again. Certainly returning for more. Thanks Ann and Soul Senses.

Excellent deep tissue massage by Dewi. She’s definitely very strong for her petite size. She regularly checks if you’re okay and she left my feeling pain free and and on cloud 9. Would definitely recommend this therapist and the spa in general. They are open late until 11pm and also offer you ginger tea and snacks post massage. A lovely touch.

amazing massage. i took an hour long balinese massage for my mother and i and it was honestly the best massage i’ve ever had. our masseuses were Ja and Susan, amazing and lovely girls, they were extremely professional and so talented! both asked for our comfortable pressure levels and our focal points. will definitely be seeing them again :)

We had the best experience in Soul Senses with our every visit for a couple massage. The best masseuse that i can recommend is Jenny. She is amazing and i felt so relaxed all through out the session. I will definitely request for her again on our next visit. As for my husband, he liked Ann’s massage for the deep tissue massage.

I’ve been going to Soul Senses Spa for a couple of years now and they always deliver a great service. The massages are very well priced, especially if you buy the 10 hour package. The tea and nuts at the end are great way to end the massage. Ann and Susan are great masseuses, I highly recommend them.
