We rescued a Golden Labrador named Zach from the Burwood RSPCA and we're told by their vets that he had hip displaysia which is why he was limping. We wanted a second opinion so we went to see the team at South Cranbourne. We were greeted warmly and Zach was given a thorough examination. He had skin issues and it turns out a ruptured ACL. He was given treatment for his skin and had knee surgery. Zach is a new dog. He has a second lease on life all thanks to the amazing team at South Cranbourne Veterinary Clinic. He has regular check ups and loves seeing the vets there. They are very thorough and professional. We highly recommend. Thank you for looking after our Zachie Boy!

Told me I could pay something off to turn around and tell me I had to pay it in full and wont despense the medication my dog needs until its paid in full which my dog needs and they know that. They say one thing and do another. They were told multiple times I would not have the money in full to pay and it would have to be paid off which they were fine with. Now my dog goes without medications he needs because they have said one thing and done another. WOULD NOT reccomend them to anyone. There suppose to care about animals, clearly not. There more worried about money then animals.

Excellent vet, highly recommend. We have taken our golden retriever Bosco here for the last 10 years and received exceptional care. The vets and nurses always take great care of Bosco, particularly removing a tumour last year. All the vets and nurses take great care of Bosco each and every time and he loves it! We feel assured by the professional advice they provide for preventing as well as managing Bosco's health.

They lack compassion and empathy for my pet and myself when I am trying to urgently book my pet in. And when I kindly let them know I book with someone else they hang up on me before I can even apologise to them, even though I am doing what is right for my pet to see a vet urgently. You have just lost a client for your lack of interpersonal skills. I received more support from other vets who are booked out today!

This vet surgery is owned, operated and staff by wonderful, caring people who genuinely care about all animals that visit the surgery. My pet is actually excited to come for an appointment! The vets take the time to explain things. Their charges are incredibly fair. I have been using this surgery for at least 10+ years. Their service and care is consistently exceptional. Thank you!

I took my pets to this clinic for many years. The original owners were great, the animals were their priority. The current owners are more focused on image and profit, and the staff vary from socially awkward (a vet) to cold and downright nasty (the nurses). There are plenty of vets in Cranbourne, many within minutes of this one. Pick one of the others.

Beautiful Gentle Caring Loving people at this Vet Surgery. I found a baby Dove on the side of the road and took to these guys who said they would look after it. Just so beautiful. Highly recommend this vets the staff are absolutely amazing. All of the vets and nurses are caring, compassionate and understanding. Have always gone above and beyond for our two dogs and our dogs love visiting the clinic, they always get super spoilt with treats.

Friendly informative staff. Very good making our skittish dog feel a bit more comfortable during his visits. Unlike some other vets in the area we have never left feeling like we have been ripped off.

I loved this vet, our 2 dogs and cat were always treated well, never felt rush in appointments and the post surgery information and care was great. Prices are also good. Highly recommend them.
